“What a positive experience Penny and her husband provided. I had no real idea of what I wanted and a photo that wasn't even very good quality, but it had sentimental value. Trying to decide what frame style, what borders, colors, etc, I was lost and really unsure. Penny said, "Don't worry, I'm sure you're going to know immediately what you want when you see it." I thought she was being nice and knew she wanted to reassure me. What happened a few minutes later was very unexpected (to me). After proposing a few different options, I looked at one and said, "That's it!. It's beautiful." It was just like she predicted! Two-tone border, beautiful black frame with gold overlay. And even the photo looks awesome. It's a centerpiece of our dining area. And, they completed it prior to Christmas just like I requested. I have two other items to frame and can't wait to see what Penny cooks up for them.”

“Just want to clarify the Review by Nicholas. Clint is NOT a tenant at the Brownstone Mill nor affiliated with it. He operates his independent business across the street from a storefront on Goffle Road. Please do not let Nicholas' encounter with Clint reflect on the many wonderful shopping experiences that have happened and continue at the Brownstone Mill.”

“I recently purchased a loveseat and an armchair from Natuzzi Italia in Paramus, NJ, and I am so happy with my decision. From start to finish, everything was handled with the utmost professionalism. Mary Massood, the sales associate who I had the pleasure of working with, was absolutely amazing. She is professional, knowledgeable, attentive, thorough, and efficient. She took the time to listen and fully understand my unique needs, answered all of my questions patiently, explained everything clearly, and guided me through the selection of living room furniture that perfectly matched my style and vision. Her expertise, kindness, warmth, and honesty made the whole experience enjoyable and memorable. I am truly very grateful to Mary for all of her help and support throughout the entire process. The delivery team was equally impressive. They were punctual, courteous, careful, and efficient, ensuring that my new furniture was set up perfectly and in impeccable condition. “This trip was one of so very many across the tenure of this shop. We lived here when it opened and welcomed its plants and interesting items across the seasons. But yesterday’s visit nearly resulted in a one star review. I was greeted with “I don’t know” from one team member and a follow up “try the shed” which I did to be told “do you have a phone try Google” and then a young man advised he was quite new and didn’t know about the plant zones. Given the primary business is a nursery one would hope this is basic onboarding. Ready to leave empty handed and ready to warn other potential shoppers to stay away, Anthony - the new guy, returned and was not only well informed having called his boss to get the right answer but professional and helpful. Tracey and Lainie (not certain in spellings) were the final push to give this a five star review. Know your industry please. Don’t ruin the reputation of a long-standing business through attitude. Or at the very least re-think your choice of working with people.”

I would definitely recommend this store to everyone—ask for Nadirah, you won’t regret it!”

“Extremely thankful for the associates at this location. Elena and Donna helped us figure out if our adjustable base would fit into which bed frames. They researched for us and looked up details for several frames. I’m so appreciative of both of their hard work in helping us. I know it wasn’t easy answering all of our questions. Thank you, both!”
Two familiar names now share one storefront. Bed Bath & Beyond and The Container Store opened their first co-branded location in Fort Worth, Texas, on May 16, and the concept is spreading to nearly two dozen stores in what the company calls phase one.
