The rep was a little off putting. He talked to himself, snapped his fingers at the computer because it wasn't going fats enough for him. He also refused to use the butterfly needle, which everybody else does, so it was very painful. I told him where to get the vein and he said you have a lot of places. I told every phlebotomist I ever went to told me they roll or blow, including the ones in this office. He said you never had a good one. I wish there was a way to pick the person who draws you blood. I won't go to him again.

I don’t get all the negative reviews here. It seems like some people show up last minute and expect VIP wait times. I scheduled an appointment the day before for blood work, and my experience was great. The staff greeted me warmly, and the phlebotomist was not only skilled but also had a good sense of humor. They were professional, knowledgeable, and made the process easy. I’d definitely recommend this place—just book ahead if you’re not up for waiting your turn!

The staff are nasty and unreasonable. No need to say anything else.

The person taking my sample was nice, promptly on time and well skilled at phlebotomy. My appointment time was honored with no delay.

If you're looking for a boring place to have a nap for a few hours, just visit Quest of Suffern. You will enjoy a long uninterrupted sleep while nobody will ever call you in. You can seriously wait there for hours before your turn. That's not how a lab is supposed to work. I could drive to NYC, eat out, and come back in the time it takes for them to acknowledge your existence. You have two technicians there who work slower than molasses. It takes under 2 minutes to draw blood for the average patient. Why on earth is it taking 10 - 15 minutes PER patient? It's disgraceful. Save your time and instead go down 59 to Bio Reference, which is way, way more efficient.

Worst experience ever
You can wait for hours even if you have an appointment. There’s no staff to help you and will give you attitude if you ask them a question.

The phlebotomist was very friendly and accommodating. She was also very good with her technique.

What an absolute waste of time and useless staff here. I waited on the waiting list for an hour only to be told they called me and I wasn't there even though I'd been sitting in the waiting room and hadn't moved. The staff member had 0 remorse for their own lie and wasting my time. Come to find out when you can finally talk to them the collection time is over before the hours of the clinic close

We got there at 2:30 and the lady came out very nasty at 2:45 saying do you have a question and we said we have an appointment she said well I have an appointment myself so I can’t help you and we close at 3. Online it says 4 also if this is your job you shouldn’t be running out at 2:45 when you getting paid till 3:00 there was us and one other lady she turned away. Because of laziness takes 5 minutes to draw blood.

The lady that works in the morning (short hair, dark skin) it was very disrespectful with me, terrible attitude like if she would be doing me a favor. Honestly, is a vulnerable situation when you go to take blood test because you may have a illness so the people working at this they shuld remember that they are working with people and be more human and empathetic.
