“You cannot cancel your mailbox while there is still mail in it. So, when the time came, iPostal in Seattle ignored my request to discard my mail and left it in my box for weeks when it normally takes a few days at the most. Then iPostal charged my credit card for another year of service. Nevertheless, they now have my $99.99 and I have no remote mailbox. How is that not a scam?”

“I use this location 3 to 4 times per month. The staff is very knowledgeable and their printing section does a great job. I have noticed some people come into the store and give the employees a lot of crap not a fan of that at all these people work hard and they get things done and the store typically has everything you need.”
“I’ll be honest in the past, this UPS Store wasn’t always the friendliest place to go. But something has definitely changed recently, and it’s for the better. The guys working there now are great, friendly, helpful, and willing to go out of their way to make sure everything gets done right. It’s a night-and-day difference compared to before. I really appreciate the improvement, and it makes me want to keep coming back to this location.”

“Highly recommend !! We've gone to Nicole's Reproductions for printing signage, posters, invitations and more for family gatherings such as birthday parties, bridal/baby showers, etc.
Their expertise and excellent customer service can't compare to using an online printing service or somewhere like Staples/CVS where it can easily be printed the wrong size, blurry, etc.”

“Stephanie in the print area is awesome! I had an issue with a paper jam on the self printer. She was very friendly and came to help out. When the printer continued to fight us she moved the job to the professional printers. She even fixed the alignment on my proof to make it fit the page better at no extra expense. I will be sure to come back and use there services again. I highly recommend dealing with this Staples. Thanks again”
“This place is a very central location and drop offs are easy. They don’t open until 9:30 AM so be aware if you’re trying to do any early morning shipping drop off.
They recently changed owners and while the service remains largely unchanged. The friendliness definitely leave something to be desired.
It would be nice to be greeted or even acknowledged when you walk in like it used to be. Friendliness aside, it does the job.”

“I’ve been to this post office many times, and Pablo is always so kind, genuine, and truly caring. Yesterday I went in to weigh my daughter’s wedding invitations because I wasn’t sure how much postage they would need. Pablo patiently helped me with every single invitation, making sure the postage was exactly right, and even double-checked everything with his supervisor so I would have complete peace of mind.
Today, when I came back to send the invitations out, Pablo immediately recognized me, took the box, and told me he would personally take care of everything. He understood how important my daughter’s wedding is to our family and wanted to make sure the invitations arrived safely. He was so warm, sincere, and happy to help that I felt completely reassured. I left feeling so grateful and relieved knowing that the invitations were in good hands and that it was one less thing for me to worry about. “I’ve been coming here for a while now. The counter people are super nice. The rest…. We’ll USPS is my last choice with any packages. They lie and pass the buck with the worst of them. I sent an overnight package cross country and the carrier ON VIDEO went to the door, looked around and left. No notice, knock or doorbell. The same carrier came back the next morning, signed my clients name (incorrectly) and dropped it in the mail box. They denied me a refund with no explanation. I have the cure… it’s ongoing ???”

“I had an excellent experience at the FedEx store in Nanuet yesterday. I needed to ship a relatively large piece of art to Florida and after going to 2 differentt FedEx stores and 1 UPS store I finally received accurate information and good service. Prior to the Nanuet store I received 3 different prices which were all higher than I ultimately paid.
Amarus in the Nanuet store was extremely pleasant and helpful. I needed a large TV box and Nanuet didn't have any. Amarus offered to get them from another store but it would have taken a few days. She also suggested that I go to Home Depot which would definitely have them. 10 minutes later I was back with a box from Home Depot and 5 minutes after that I was on my way home without the artwork. A special thanks to Amarus at the FedEx store in Nanuet.”
“The people that work out of the Wanaque post office are very helpful and go out of their way to help their customers it's a shame that USPS is such a terrible organization that when you have a problem you cannot get in touch with any body it is Mid March and we are just getting some Christmas cards delivered UPS just outright sucks”
“I had an issue with my time sensitive package that went to the wrong location twice. It was not the fault of the Ringwood post office, but the final destination was Ringwood. The gentleman at the Ringwood post contacted me everyday to update me & assure me that my package would get to me, even if he had to retrieve from another facility himself. He went above & beyond in my opinion. I received my package later than scheduled, but still in time for what I needed. I am grateful to the gentlemen at the Ringwood post office, he went out of his way to help me when other post offices mixed up my package.”
