The left side of phone screen was unsalvageable + she promplty walked me through the options, promotions, and patiently prepped a new phone replacement in like less than 30 minutes. Also synced iCloud backup so it could be a quick transfer to a new phone. Store is clean, quiet and quaint. Pleasantly surprised by this location!”

“I purchased a pre-owned iPhone 14 Plus to upgrade my mother's old iPhone 8 Plus. I transferred everything myself, but activation/transferring her active line to the 14 Plus was still required. Since newer models are eSIM-only, I knew it wouldn’t be straightforward. I could have handled it on My Verizon online, but that likely would’ve meant dealing with customer service via phone and wasting time.
This shop is only a block from my place, so on the way to dinner with my mom we stopped in. Patrick and Kyu activated the device quickly and without any issues. Supporting a local business is an easy choice when the service is efficient and reliable—highly recommended.”

“Good chill dude running out of a barber shop next to the listed address. I had to give him a call since I couldn't find the address initially and was a total walk in, and within 5 minutes he had everything he needed to fix my phone.
Had a broken phone screen with a green light beam running down it, and within 30 mins he fixed it up for a reasonable price with no BS. You can watch him do everything in front of you. Would definitely come back if I needed another screen repaired.”
