“Lawrence was very nice and helped me out of a bad situation with the wheels on my 2001 Corvette.
I went in for a front wheel balancing and their mechanic discovered the wheels had locking lug nuts (that I was not aware of, and I did not have the lug nut key for).
He told me “no problem”, and was able to remove the locks at all four wheels and replace them with standard lug nuts.
Needless to say, I’m very happy with their work and would not hesitate to use them again for all of our family cars.”

“I walked in for mounting, balancing, and wheel alignment on my Ford Transit dually and had a great experience from start to finish. I was greeted by Hector, Ling, and the rest of their team—everyone was incredibly friendly and highly knowledgeable. The lounge is very comfortable and even has CCTV so you can watch your vehicle being worked on, plus an unlimited massage chair, which was a great bonus. Hector kindly gave me a tour of the facility, which was impressive and well-equipped with high-tech tools. This shop comes highly recommended for regular cars, pickup trucks, forklifts—basically anything with tires. They truly take pride in their work and deliver top-quality service. Highly recommended!”

I’m definitely one of the tougher customers when it comes to shopping for something as expensive as a car, and I originally had no intention of getting an Audi because of the price point. After visiting several dealerships and having terrible experiences with pushy, unprofessional salespeople, I called Allen — and he actually listened. He asked the right questions, understood my needs, and followed through.
I ended up paying slightly more than I planned, but still within my range, and the experience made it worth it. Most of our communication was over the phone, and when I finally came in, he was patient, thorough, and genuinely helpful. He walked me through every feature of the car, helped me call my insurance company, and even guided me through downloading the app.
