“I found this spot by accident while searching for another store that I have been to. I am so glad I gave them a try. The customer service was great , prices are way better than any of the big shops I have been to in the area. It was an amazing customer service experience. Thank you!!!”
“Came in with a flat tire and a hole in my spare tube. Jason in service fixed me up right away, got me set with new Co2 canisters, and talked me through the option of going tubeless when I have time to leave the bike for a few days. Knowledgeable and eager to help!”
“Best in the business! The people at Brickwell Cycling and Multisports are extremely friendly and very knowledgeable on all things bikes. Todd was a great help and very thorough on the length and process for getting my bike built and picking it up. Highly recommend you get your next bike there!!”
“Love the vibe here! Have gotten my bike fixed here numerous times. It’s like finding a auto mechanic that you can trust! They do not try to sell you things that you dont need. And I have been persuaded not to purchase things that I don’t need (or don’t make sense for me)
Most honest bike shop around!!!!”
“Outstanding Service! I bought a set of 700X32mm Vittoria Rubino V G2.0 tires. I looked online and saw that their pricing was much lower—between $10 and $30 less. Additionally, the price was incomparable when a 10% discount was added! I called and spoke with Kevin who was both responsive and knowledgeable. Also, the tires arrived a day earlier than expected. What more could you ask for? Excellent product, excellent pricing, and excellent service.”
“Kevin was absolutely fantastic! He helped my five year-old son for an hour find and try out different bikes until we found the perfect one my son fell in love with riding! He helped us accessorize it and fit him for gloves and a helmet. He made us feel super comfortable and safe with our choice. Highly recommend for any parent needing help to find the perfect bicycle!”
