“The lab tech took her time with my daughter. She explained all procedures and kept my daughter talking as a distraction while drawing the blood. I highly recommend this location and kudos to the lab tech. I wish we got her name but she should Be recognized for her professionalism, patience and dedication to her job. She made this blood draw so much easier!”

“First time here and I must say The staff are professional, quick, and kind. Blood work is as painless as possible ( coming from someone who hates needles that’s huge.) Being left handed can also be an issue for places as the staff are use to needling the opposite arm. 10/10”

“Mita is outstanding she went above and beyond to get the correct diagnosis codes so my insurance will cover it. My doctors office did not do it correctly. She spoke to my mds office asked to fax it many times and still my mds office did it wrong! Finally Mita got them to do it Right!! This is the only lab I come to! Mita customer service skills are outstanding!!!”

“Went to get a series of blood tests ordered by my doctor here. Very clean facility and efficient staff. Even though they use vacutainer needles to collect blood instead of butterfly needles, the technician was quite good and did not leave my arm sore. I could quickly go back to work that morning without any discomfort. Pre-registration online helps ensure you do not have to wait long. Be sure to bring your requisition form printed or faxed for convenience, as they will ask for it.”
“I've seen some bad reviews so I'll just share my experience.
I hate needles and was anxious about going but when I arrived I didn't wait long and the staff was very helpful. The phlebotomist who drew my blood was very kind, I didn't get her name. When I was done I felt very hot and she took care of me, gave me some water and an ice pack and made sure I felt ok before leaving.”

“I was terrified to get my blood work done at my PCP since the nurse practitioner was having trouble finding a vein to draw blood. I opted to walk in at this Northwell lab in Plainview. I am so glad I did.Claudia, I believe is the Physician assistant that works at this location was more than happy to complete my lab requests. She has over 20 years of experience and I didn't even know my blood was drawn. She is a professional. I felt so comfortable. This is this is the kind of assurance and assistance that make us want to keep coming. Thank you Claudia for making the process so smooth. Yes, I trust the Universe that everything will be fine. “I found this particular location to have some of the friendliest staff out of any quest I've been to. Specifically, I found Adrien to be the best phlebotomist; she poked me and got blood on the first try, and I have tricky veins. Thank you to Adrien for being so polite and patient!”

“Facility is nice, plenty of parking. Park at the back of the building near entrance that is closest to the office (located on the first floor). Receptionist greeted us and treated us professionally. The blood technician, Betty, was very careful, patient and kind as she took blood from my elderly father who has very thin veins. She had to try twice and finally found a vein on top of his right forearm using a baby needle, most importantly not causing any pain.”
“I came here for a pre-employment drug test, and I was there when they opened. There were probably 10 or more people waiting in line but the office was very fast and efficient. The employees let us in as soon as they opened, and got to work right away, checking in three people at a time and worked through the line fast. They were professional and kind. I was very happy with my experience, especially since I was worried it would be very busy and a long wait.”

“I made appt for 8:20am and was leaving office by 8:35am. Was brought in on time. Handed my script and had blood drawn without issue. My expereinces in the past werent always as seamless. This time it went better than expected.”
“Quest’s patient portal is great - Easy to make appointments online - easy to get your test results & appointments always run on time.
Check-in is made easy through portal. The staff is very experienced.”
“I wish there were more that one check-in machine. It takes a few minutes to check in, and some people take even longer to figure it out. Plus, you have to find the email with the QR code and get out your insurance card and ID.
I don't get how I got there 10 minutes early for my online appointment, but people who came after me got called first.

“The office has moved from Park Ave to New York Ave. Very easy to get to and lots of parking.
I am beyond grateful that Terri also moved to the new office! She is kind, knowledgeable and EXCEPTIONAL at drawing. I do not use that word frequently. She is EXCEPTIONAL! I cannot say enough good things about her! If you've ever had a bad draw, you know what I'm talking about. Terri could teach a class on how to do it. I literally felt nothing! What a gem she is!”

“After reading the other google reviews I was skeptical to book my appointment here, but the lab staff exceeded my expectations. Phillip was friendly, attentive and personable and made the entire experience an enjoyable one even though it was a long test with multiple blood draws. His coworker did our last draw and I didn't get his name but he was lovely as well. The lab is in an old building, but it is clean and clearly well-maintained. I was nervous my prescription wouldn't be found as my doctor's office faxed it over on a Friday and my appointment was Monday, but Phillip had it ready when I checked in. He updated my insurance (that I wasn't able to do on the kiosk or the website) and promptly took me back for my appointment. I had multiple blood draws that day that I had to wait an hour for in-between each so from 8:30am to 12:00pm not a single patient waited in the lobby for longer than 5 minutes and everyone was greeted with a smile and left happy from what I could observe. I think this location was great and the staff that day really made it. I've been to many doctor's offices in the last year and this one labcorp visit was 10x more enjoyable than anywhere else.”

“If you are a Northwell Health patient or not, this is the place to go, not only does the ordering Dr get your results back within a day, this is a walk-in Lab and the wait times are very short. Everyone is very friendly, helpful, and most importantly, gentle to get you in, take your blood, and get you out very quickly. People who are not good with the sight of blood, they do make it a good experience, just look away, a small pinch and inside of 30 seconds you are done and walking out.”
