“I was connect with this company following my mother discharge from a nursing home. I love that the medication being presorted and labeled. I also love that the medication is delivered to my home. No lines at the pharmacy. There was a couple of bumps, like the medication being delayed but otherwise no other issues. Doctor sending over change in the medication very easy.”

“I am well aware of the shortcomings of dealing with the various prices of pharmaceuticals; my prescription plan has proven to be of little value to me as I have often found pricing without insurance to be cheaper. I was directed to the Orphan Pharmacy, Syosset to fill prescriptions for very high priced ophthalmic medications. I was not only pleased to find that the pharmacy could apply special coupons which radically reduced the price, but only found the staff to be very available and accommodating. Ramon made himself readily available to me, and we had a few conversations regarding his services. They offered free shipping, however, I preferred to stop in for pickup. I am a returning customer and they have earned a 5 star rating.”
“Returned after a long train ride -and this place is conveniently located near my car vs the corporate store across the street with LINES galore! . Ample parking here, no lines and funny as most LIRR people don't realize they do lotto and there aren't ANY LINES- So i update my review as i try them out periodically and their improved customer service and relations changed my mind drastically. Upon entry i was warmly greeted, the clerk was made aware of a new offer- a 25% discount on gifts from a local paper. WOW! That was truly kind especially in this economic climate. The pharmacist said hello and asked if there was anything i needed! I replied and we discussed supplements and vitamins for which i never believed in before! With their guidance- Their selections of these products was vast and comparable to the vitamin store on jericho. Why am i taking my time to share something with all others! They helped an elderly customer from entry to exit with all their needs- I was so moved by this i had a tear in my eye! The compassionate care i witnessed was out of this world! Their customer service improved! Their dedication to their customer who obviously needed help was evident and most importantly- I was thankful to see this behavior!”

“I went to CVS pharmacy to pick up my prescription on Saturday morning. The lines were abnormally long because some non-pharmacy customers were using the pickup windows as their checkout. This was annoying and selfish behavior, delaying regular pharmacy customers.
I hope CVS management could implement a policy to have pharmacy pickup windows serve pharmacy customers only.”

“Using the app and scanning your item, I find the item is cheaper when you scan it with your phone then when you scan it in the store and that’s not an item that is on sale for example purchased a Nivea lip treatment scanned on my phone is 529 came up at 6:59 in the store Sales rep doesn’t know what happened.”
