Once we established I have a flat foot and need support, she began to bring out 3 shoes to try out and another 3 more by the end. “Was recommended to this place when I purchased my louboutin boots. They put a protective covering so the red bottoms don't get scraped up. When I walked in I was surprised at how tiny the storefront was but never judge a book by its cover. They did such an amazing job. I will definitely be bringing any shoe repairs and high end bags here. They do great quality work.”

“I had originally bought boots at the Massapequa store. After being fitted for a 9.5 w they gave me a 10w instead without telling me. When I brought them back for an exchange I was told they didn't have my Size .I went to the Huntington store for an exchange. There I was made aware that the Massapequa store never even made me a customer account and couldn't do the exchange without it. The Huntington manager called them back and fixed the problem. Thanks to the Huntington store manager I was able to get my correct sized boots. Huntington will be my go to store from now on.”

Came in and purchased one dressy shoe for my son's rehearsal dinner and one closed shoe and a pair of sandals. Their footbeds can be swapped out when they show wear! “My wife and I stopped in to buy a suit for my father in law who recently passed away, and we were unsure of his size. The woman who works there was incredibly helpful with figuring out what we needed, and at a reasonable price. When she learned of the occasion/what we were shopping for, she was beyond sympathetic and compassionate. During a time of loss she had us both laughing, and we walked out with smiles on our faces. During our conversation she asked about the services being held, and to our surprise she came to offer her condolences at the wake. Nowadays it’s rare to meet a genuinely nice and sincere person, so the experience at Robert’s was a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend shopping here if you’re looking for exceptional service!!”

“It's a spacious store so you don't feel crowded in, like most ones in the mall. The selection isn't any less, maybe the sales rack isn't packed with all the past season items but it still has sales rack to peruse. The staff greets you as soon as you walk in and they are attentive if you need help. The dressing room is clean and has plenty of stalls and waiting area for your shopping friends. All in all good location, except maybe not easy to find parking right close by. The town parkings are about a block or two away, so that's not too bad.”
