“Went in to look at a pair of 1907’s. Genesis scanned my feet to get my size and then got two sizes for me to try on and see which I liked better. I also talked with Ron for a bit about Red Wing’s and boots in general. This was my first time in the store and my first pair of Red Wings. I like to see how they look etc. I called the Redwing store. In Westbury ny. On old country road. The sales Associate Sal. Was very nice on the phone. I asked him if he had the two sizes I was looking for. He said yes. So I went to the store. He welcomed me in and he showed me the boots. I said let’s do it. He measured me. And we came out with the 11. My left foot is a little longer. And the boot fit so well. I went out wearing them. I asked about the Care he knew what I needed. And I also said I own 1907 Moc toes.
He had the cleaner for that boot also. I give a 10 for professional service. A”

“This place was amazing!!! We originally got our pointe shoes fitted at Capezio in Rockville center, but it was not fitted correctly, so we went to Pirouette. We had such a wonderful and very different experience than Capezio. Stephanie is a pointe shoe queen. She looked at my daughter's feet and knew exactly what she needed. She educated me on the shoes as well as feet physiology. I learned so much from her. Even my daughter was surprised at the amount of knowledge Stephanie had. I regret not coming to this place first. We wasted $100+ dollars at Capezio and the sad thing was they refuse to admit that the shoes were fitted improperly. So glad we came to Stephanie for a proper fitting. My daughter can now easily go up and down on her new pointe shoes. I will definitely be coming back here because there's no way i am going back to Capezio. If you want things done right, come here!! You will not be disappointed, especially with all that knowledge. I felt like i took a class on feet anatomy. 🤣. Thank you Stephanie.”

“We search all over for kids sized Kane's and Woodbury Sports was the only place that had it. We love the fact that the store is independently owned and operated and they're always able to deliver a level of service that the big chain stores just can not. Justin is always so welcoming and attentive. During one visit, my wife was shopping for running sneakers and he took the time to assess her gait and recommended a shoe that was best suited to her. This personal level of service such a rare thing these days in the retail market. We highly recommend choosing Woodbury Sports over the big chains. If you're looking for kids sized Kane's, go see Justin at Woodbury Sports.”

“Always a pleasurable shopping experience at this store. Attractive, clean, well-organized. Helpful floor staff, if you need assistance, but no sales pressure -- shop at your own pace. Courteous help at check-out. Comfortable seating, in center of store, for try-on. Good selection for women, men, and children, with top, popular name brands. I especially like the BOGO, for 1/2 price off the second pair, on the holiday weekends. An added bonus is good parking in the (attractive) parking lot, with beautiful trees and landscaping. Other good stores, like Trader Joes, in this complex, too.”

“Recently bought my kids new sneakers and sandals for the season. Very professional and kind service. The real kids shoe store experience, where you get a lollipop at the end and walk out in your new shiny shoes. Turns out I thought my kids’ feet were a whole size smaller than they were!! So glad I stopped in here. The salesmen was also very honest and when I wanted to buy sandals for my son, he told me that the ones my older daughter was wearing that day could be passed down to him!
We walked out with great fitting Nike sneakers for both, fantastic SOFT (no ouchies!) Italian sandals for my daughter.

“I brought my 91 year old mother in law who has moderate dementia to Valentino's for the first time today and am so ecstatic that I did!. We were looking for shoes for my son's wedding and had been having a lot of trouble as she has many problems with her feet. The store manager, Michael, was so gentle and patient with her! He was very knowledgeable and knew which shoes would work out better for her. Not only did she find shoes for the wedding she bought 2 pairs of sneakers as well!
