“Great place for hit yoga. I've take yoga at other places where they cram too many people in. Here they have markings on the floor so no one's mat is on top of another's The place is very clean and has great amenities. I like the music for the classes which is more current and not typical yoga studio music. I also like the clean showers, towels and shampoo. I am not always going home and I am usually drenched after the work out. The basic plan is very affordable and similar to the pricing of other studios I have been to.”

“Sue helped put me in the best shoe that fits the shape of my foot using a nifty foot disc that told me my right size and width. Once we established I have a flat foot and need support, she began to bring out 3 shoes to try out and another 3 more by the end. We ended up deciding on these ASICS gel kayano 30’s that offer unbelievable cushion, support and confidence I can tackle all my running workouts and hit my goals. 10/10 recommend stopping by a running specialized store for the best show that fits your foot but specifically, Runners Edge in Huntington village ??”

“Adam suggested I try copoly edge racket strings and I initially hesitated as I frequently break racket strings every few months for years. To my amazing disbelief, these are unquestionably the best strings I’ve ever played with. The strings play extremely well overall, are almost indestructible and unlike lexilon my arm has not gotten hurt! Adam is great to deal with and he does it the right way. Kudos. They deserve 10 stars.”

They didn’t try to oversell and took the time with my son to see what was best for him. They taped his stick for him and explained basics. “I was in need of a purge valve for an older quality mask in it's day. I wanted a good old mask over a cheep mask for a trip I was going on. Two other shops would not or could not help me. I found the owner out back filling tanks for his next class and was more then willing to make an effort to help me out. He explained to me it was not today's standard mask and would at least try to help me out. Well he did and got it to work. So I thank him for his help. I would recommend them for your dive needs from a beginner to pro.”
