First visit, needed immediate assistance for car remote battery... sounds minor and simple- but was late in day and other places were not helpful. Second visit- needed NYS inspection. Was in and out in under 30 min, without an appt. Had initially made appt at Mavis, down road. Well- lesson learned: AVOID MAVIS. Mavis rude and had zero sense of customer service.”
