“I have been banking at Four Leaf Credit Union for 10+ years. I feel like I am family when i walk in. Everyone greets me, knows who I am and help me with all of my personal and business needs. The manager Kurt recently helped me with something and as usual took care of the issue by asking a few questions , getting the info necessary and finishing up the task. By the time I sat in the waiting area, I was standing back up to go into his office. As usual Kurt was friendly, knowledgeable and got me on my way quickly!”
“Always enjoy visiting the Mineola branch and New Hyde Park branch. Tellers and Managers are friendly and always seem to be smiling ( unless they're just laughing at me lol:). Mineola tellers, Jalisa, Leah, Nick and John are always a pleasure to chat/deal with and are very professional and friendly. Amy, the new manager is also a joy to see when there. I appreciate their smiles and greetings whenever I do business there. In many places, the employees seem like you're bothering them, but here they're always willing to help answer any questions. Really, I can't say enough good things about this and the NHP branch without sounding as if I'm getting paid lol.
I hope they ( the suits) keep these tellers for a while and/or treat them well to show how valuable they are to the company. I'd miss them but they deserve the best so promote them with much appreciation for their value, please.”
“School St great branch and Atms. But it is being replaced by the new nearby Forrest Ave. branch. When I went to the new branch the Atm said it was going to charge a $3 atm fee for a withdrawl. So I didn't do transaction I cancelled and left. The Atm at 201 Glen St in CVS is a no fee Atm. I think Forrest Ave has non-FLFCU Atms for now so 201 Glen St is the go to.”

“Generally pleased with the products that the bank offers. The customer service reps (in the branches) are friendly and knowledgeable. The Dutch Broadway location is normally crowded and doesn't have enough customer service reps. The Hempstead branch is more spacious and private.”

“a citibank in glen cove on glen cove ave that has more then enough atm machines (8) so i can go in and go out in a snap. the bank is closed but was able to use atm in indoor lobby and it was not a mess like some city branches and no undesirables lurking around. it's pretty isolated in the area but the parking lot is well lite and plenty of cameras all around inside and out. got my cash and was on my way.”
“Capital One is located on a busy throughway with plenty of traffic this time of the year. I was visiting this location only to utilize their ATM machine, but prior to entering the Bank, I read only two Yelp reviews which had one star which surprised me. After entering the bank, I noticed that one of the bankers seated in the cubicles was someone I knew from my branch. He was there to help for one day while they were shorthanded. We were guessing that the bank is quite busy with two lane drive-throughs and its busy location. The truth of the matter is that the world is changing, most people have been utilizing digital processing for their banking needs. This has been clearly the reason for branch closings, and many brick mortar popular retail store chains as well. Capital One has fraud protections, lack of fees, and easy mobile access, which has made it the choice for me and most new banking customers. I find Capital One a stable banking institution and an occasional issue when I ever must visit a physical location will not change my mind where I bank. I give five stars to Capital One, but four stars for this location.”
