“I have been to many branches of TD Bank, finally found a branch that gave me full satisfaction and made me feel good that as a client I will be taken care of when it is needed. Jessica, the assistant manager was so realiable and knows what she was doing.”

“I love this BOA branch! The teller, Sondra, is friendly and initiates small talk. There's also a doorman by the entrance. And, the interior is clean, new, and modern. Best of all, this branch is usually empty, so doing whatever banking errands is a breeze.”

“I can't say enough good things about the people who work here. I've been with Citibank for 28 years and this is by far my favorite branch. The Manager, Keith, is very helpful and all of the tellers are pleasant, thorough, and professional. The parking situation has been eased with the addition of the three dedicated spots for Citibank, and there seem to be more tellers than last year so I haven't encountered the long waits that previous reviewers have noted.”

“OK 1st to review. It's a bank. Come here to deposit your money or make a transaction. Open a new bank account or safe box. Ample amount of parking available. Also it can get very busy here at times. I come here to get my notary done. Friendly staff. Oh I almost forgot one time I somehow dropped my ID in the parking lot and had already driven away. Luckily a customer found it and one of the staff called me and I came to retrieve my drivers license - I thought that was pretty thoughtful.”

“Despite the big chain name, this Chase branch has a really small town, cozy feel. My parents have been banking here for a few years, and are on a first-name basis with many of the staff here, namely Meena Batra. Lured in by a good promotion for new money, I recently opened an account here with Meena, and was delighted to receive periodic phone calls from her, most recently wishing me a happy new year and suggesting strategies to help my money better "work" for me. She's very friendly and not the least bit pushy when discussing banking options, a nice change from what I'm used to at other banks. In an age where most people use ATMs, bank online, and have direct deposit set up, it's nice to see a Chase branch that embraces the technology without forgetting about the human element.”

“I admittedly don't visit this branch as much as I should, but I always get stellar customer service every time I'm here, whether it's to use the teller or customer service people for one thing or another, it's always a great visit.Thumbs up and don't stop being great.”

“The best banking deal around. Zero fees for basic stuff. You gotta be nuts to go with those banks that Nickel and dime ya for going below the “minimum balance.” Nice people”

“There is a very nice and helpful banker here named Raminder Tomar. She helped me beyond what was necessary and gave me benefits which I didn't expect. And she wasn't even the banker I opened my accounts with. She will now be my go-to for HSBC banking.”
