I was a tenant for 10 months back in 2021. Absolutely horrific. And it clearly hasn’t changed. I’m sorry people had to DIE for you all to finally get in trouble for what you keep trying to get away with. Photos are from when I lived there.

No hot water for 3 weeks!! They haven’t fixed it and the place smells bad and has bugs.! Would not recommend for living

I think the owners of Nob Hill apartments should take a serious look at the services provided to residents. It has become very pathetic, as residents complain to outsiders about the mistreatment they receive at the hands of management. Maybe, a tv crew should be invited over to investigate.
