“I brought my Highlander to Mobile Shine earlier this spring to finally get long needed TLC done. After the past couple of months since having ceramic coating done, my only regret is that I didn't get it done sooner! I couldn't find the right words to express how excited I was to see my car looking better than the day I bought it. I had to drive west through Montezuma National Wildlife Refuge on the thruway just days after getting my car back and had to suppress the urge to wash my car immediately because it was highly recommended I let the coating cure for about a week. Turns out I didn't have to because the bugs washed off without a trace after running an errand through a heavy rain!”

This is quite significant in building customer confidence considering 95% of the local “detailers†have never stepped foot in a automotive detailing classroom or training facility.”
“When I first found the listing for my car on Facebook the owner Josh called me right away. He talked in depth about the car, how it drove and gave all the information as far as what had been done to it for maintenance. I purchased the car and waved good bye. About a week later a few lights came on the dash. I called, the staff were great, super informative and listened as I explained the issue I was having. Nolan’s invited me to bring it in and they checked things over, added some extra fluids and said to call if any further issues arise. Any time I have a question about the car they take my call. The customer service is excellent but most of all, Nolan’s handle customers with the highest regard. They stay calm, are reassuring and listen. It has been a pleasure working with them. “Took car in to replace side view mirror. I got mirror online! So, yes, in 95% of cases, you can bring your own parts! Joseph at the front desk was awesome, as was the owner, Mark. Yes, they charge a bit more. Heck, I'll pay more for the honesty, straight forward quotes, sometimes over the phone! These guys do it right in every way possible!”
“This rating is for the DIY coin washers. Very well maintained facility and one of the best in the area. One of the bays has lower water pressure and some of the selection knobs are a little loose so it's sometimes hard to tell which setting it's on. Everything else is great.”
“Tint squad is a must ! The owner was such a sweetheart ! He over heard me talking about how the cord on my air fryer broke ?and immediately offered to rewire it for no charge ! I was in an out in 2 hours , left with 5% and and a fixed air fryer . Went out of his way when he didn’t have to ! Great people !!!”

Only thing I disliked is they simply said a 4:30 to 5 pm pick up.
Now if my truck was ready earlier , maybe one of the first into the shop.
They could have called to say it's ready.
But nope waited all day without a vehicle.
I planned on that , but would be nicer if when they are ready .
You could pick up earlier.”
