βI bought my 2013 xt4 from a very pleasant gentleman Ashley at Crest August of 2025. I couldnβt have asked for a better sales person. I just brought it in for a new push button starter. Of course crest happens to be down a machanic which kept my car there longer than usual but having a warranty helped me keep my visit at a lower price. Although, just having bulbs put in the handles and lowest point in back bottom of car were way too exspensive to have done I was disappointed but my car is running and after not having to use my car for two in a half weeks I had an appointment coming up in which they kept up until that date. Iβd rather deal with the men directly fixing my car and not the female secretary in that area. Overall it was ok for that visit.β
βGot a quote for my front bumper. Called to move forward with repair, dropped it off and it was finished the next day as promised. Final price never went over original quote. Very happy and satisfied with the work and how prompt they were. Thanks!β

βI called at least seven auto repair places inquiring about a timing belt change for my VW TDI. Four out of the seven said they didnβt do that specific job, probably because it is a labor intensive job requiring specialty tools. However, one of the shops that I called recommended, Fender Rebender.
Bob, the owner of Fender Rebender, is awesome! I have been to countless mechanics for the various Volkswagen TDI issues that Iβve encountered over my 20+ years of owning them and Bob is THE most knowledgeable mechanic I have met. I highly recommend him for anyone who wants an excellent and highly knowledgeable mechanic.β

βWent to buy new lightbulbs for my wifeβs car. They had the bulbs I needed. In and out very quickly. Now if I had been smart enough to actually bring the car that would have been great.β
βI had to get some painting equipment and some paint to redo my DIY bodywork on my car, all of which they were able to supply. Moreso they took the time to educate a novice like me on how to do things the right way. They were beyond helpful.
And in my 60 years of life, Iβve never had a better retail experience, more helpful, polite, and just frankly nice any time or any other place Iβve ever been. Ever. I cannot recommend this place are these people enough for anybody who may need their services.β

βI went and bought new LED headlights because one was out. The lady that helped me earlier in the day was wonderful but they just didn't have them in stock. I had to go to another store to get them. Got home and tried to install them and was really sad because I thought I would have to go back to halogen. Went back to Autozone to return them. Austin asked me if I wanted him to try and I was thrilled. He had them installed in 5 minutes and it was so cold out. He was so friendly and did it so fast. His customer service was amazing!! Very rare nowadays. Thank you again Austin!!! You are the best!!β
βStop scaring people. I stopped there and they looked at car, no appt. I have appt coming up I'll have to reschedule for Jan 6th when SOC sec comes, or we won't have food let alone Xmas. But these bad reviews scare people. I'm a 69 yr old lady supporting 2 disabled sons on SOC sec and food stamps, and I have to trust someone. He seemed nice and mechanic working his butt off. He's been in business for years, so it's not fair to scare people with horror stories. Don't scare people. I have enough problems, and 500 is alot of money for me to spend. I don't need horror stories. Don't go back if you feel that way, but don't call him a crook.β

βBrought my 5+ year old car in for exterior work (scratch removal, paint touch-ups, and buffing). There were several very deep scratches on the car. Greg and his team did a fantastic job finding and removing, buffing, and/or filling in all of the scratches, and carefully touching up the entire exterior of the car.
