“I bought my 2013 xt4 from a very pleasant gentleman Ashley at Crest August of 2025. I couldn’t have asked for a better sales person. I just brought it in for a new push button starter. Of course crest happens to be down a machanic which kept my car there longer than usual but having a warranty helped me keep my visit at a lower price. Although, just having bulbs put in the handles and lowest point in back bottom of car were way too exspensive to have done I was disappointed but my car is running and after not having to use my car for two in a half weeks I had an appointment coming up in which they kept up until that date. I’d rather deal with the men directly fixing my car and not the female secretary in that area. Overall it was ok for that visit.”
“Adam helped me replace a windshield wiper today. Sounds easy? It was! But, I had never done it myself before. He kindly offered to assist me but also asked if I wanted to learn how to do it myself. “I had an issue with my passenger rear/side view mirror. I called them the day before Thanksgiving. Steve kindly told me to come in and he’d take a look at it. I was there for maybe 5-10 minutes while he fixed it for me. Another customer was there while I was there. He was great with him, too. The KINDEST man, it felt like those he interacted with seemed like family. I’ll definitely go back if/whenever I need to. Highly recommend!”
