I setup a service appt. three weeks ago for 9:30am. I was reminded via email and text of the appt. However, when I arrived it was not clear where I was suppose to go. The garage was completely full with Suburus. I parked outside in front of the right door. I entered the pedestrian door to the service area where I was not greeted as all agents appeared to be on phones. After walking back and forth in front of the service agents twice, I left the area to see the single woman agent at a podium in the garage. She informed me that I would have to leave and return after 1 pm. She stated that one mechanic was on vacation and another was out sick. Now, I would return at 1 pm to learn that I should have parked in the line on the left. Marc, a service agent, took my email appt. and asked me where I was this morning? I andwered "here." But I was directed by the woman at the podium to go away until 1pm. Marc was able to get my Forester in the garage to have all 4 of my Winter tires already mounted on wheels installed in about an hour-and-a-half. Also, I had my oil changed. Despite, the misdirection in the morning because the woman assumed I was a Express Service customer, I got the service completed.

The team at Bill Rapp was great and made the car buying experience much easier than I expected. The salesman spent time with after the sell, showing me how to work all the features of my new computerized car.

Matthew R. at Bill Rapp was very patient when answering all of my questions and addressing any concerns I had. I love my new car was not looking for a Subaru but after hearing about all the safety features the car has and test driving the car I was sold. I am very happy with my selection. I will definitely recommend the Bill Rapp Subaru team on Burnet Ave in Syracuse NY for your car needs.

Purchased a vehicle in early spring. Purchased the extended warranty to go with it as well, unfortunately got into an accident and totaled the vehicle. There was a balance left over from that warranty and owed a refund from the warranty company as well as from Bill Rapp. Alpha, the warranty company was awesome and refunded what they owed but Bill Rapp did not. They felt that keeping 500 dollars from a repeat costumer was more important than refunding what’s not theirs. We contacted them several times and the sales manager was always out of the office and never returned our phone calls. Did little to nothing to help(more nothing). Garbage customer service. Wouldn’t recommend them for anything.

The purchase was easy and no pressure. However service lacks. I was contacted to make an appointment for my 1st oil change,free for me, and rotate tires. Time and day where set. I showed up on time to find appointments mean nothing and I would have a 2 to 3 hour wait for this free service. My complaint is "Tell me that no matter appointment or not, it is still 1st come 1st serve."

I love working with Brian Milback at Bill Rapp Subaru - I've leased 4 Outbacks or Foresters through him. Always efficient, helpful and friendly. Great cars - exceptional values compared to their primary direct competitors. Subaru always seems to introduce safety and comfort features as standard well before others. Bravo Subaru and Bill Rapp!

I was dealing with Ryan M and Sean A at Bill Rapp Subaru. This is definitely not my first vehicle and won't be my last BUT this was by far the best experience I have ever had at any dealership. Ryan and Sean made the whole buying experience quick and easy. I really can't thank them enough for everything. They got me the best deal and I was able to bring my vehicle home same day. They have earned my business going forward and I will be seeing them when my lease is up. Thank you again and I'm extremely grateful for this dealership.

August 22, 2023In May of this year, I bought a previously owned 2018 Subaru Outback from an outstanding car sales person - Julie Rotella Moore. I met her a decade earlier when she sold me another outback. I have owned several Subarus and found them to be reliable, safe and easy cars to drive. So, I was back to find my next Subbie. From the minute we met again until I drove my new car away, Juie made the whole process so easy. She gave me information on the car and helped me look at the trade-in value of my old car and financing for my new one. She really listened to me and answered all my questions. After a test drive, I knew I had found my next car. It needed a few cosmetic touches and then a trip to Rapp’s amazing cleaning team. When I picked up the car a few days later, it looked like I had a brand-new car. Julie helped me sync my phone to the car and walked me through all the features on the dash that were new to me. She even had MY radio stations ready and waiting for me. To top off this excellent service, there was a candy bar inside the car – what a sweet touch! Once again, Julie had guided me through the scary! process of buying a vehicle with expertise and confidence which all helped me relax and leave the details to Julie! I would recommend her to anyone looking for a great new car. Thank you Rapp Super Store and thank you Julie!

Bill Rapp Subaru has great service. I was helped by a technician named Skylar. The service was quick, easy, and they answered the questions I had about my car. It seemed pretty reasonably priced as well. Definitely recommend!

I picked up a nail or something and went to the express lane at the Subaru service center at Bill Rapp. Within a half hour the tire was repaired and oil changed and I made it in time for work! Very friendly and efficient. Just had purchased my second subaru there. Definitely recommend.

I have had such an incredible experience with this dealership from the time that I purchased my vehicle to every time I have stopped in there there after. Before purchasing my recent vehicle, I was shopping at another Subaru dealership, and my experience became less than pleasant when I chose not to get my vehicle there. Bill Rapp does service right !!!! Thank you !!
