You will get help here, you just need to find the right person to help you. Overall it is a store that I like and recommend. Except for one time the manager did not really help, Colony Hardware is the store to go to.

Didn't have the tool I wanted but I had a great conversation with a fellow Jeep enthusiast named Steve. Very knowledgeable and friendly. 5 stars for sure.
