Overall everything was successful. However, team reset some of the car and display settings and didn't set them back. Also I had to add air to one tire right after we left because the sensor showed it was 4 lbs under the recommended pressure.

Walked in to look at a little car with Joe's help. Drove it it, got financed with Ryan's help, will drive it home next week after the DMV does it's thing ?! ..., home ?!! Love it!!

Great Service! Dropped vehicle off for 10am appt. Took advantage of the shuttle service Crest provides so I didn't have to wait. Received a call at 1pm that a part needed to be ordered and would be there in the morning. I was picked up by the kind shuttle driver at noon the next day to get my car. It doesn't get any easier than that!!

My experience at Crest Acura has always been positive. Jeff, the service adviser is awesome. He explains about the service requirements, listens to me but does not push for any extra service if I am not interested. I go there for all my needs. They always follow up after the service. The facility is clean and cozy as well.

Very happy with my experience at Acura Crest. Andrew Hilt was very knowledgeable and with his help I got exactly what I wanted. Andrew and the sales manager Ryan made the process fast and easy. Highly recommend this dealership. Everyone was very professional and courteous.

Professional and friendly staff, very nice waiting room, they were more than happy to work on my 30-year-old vehicle and did everything I asked. They even washed and vacuumed my vehicle. A+ would visit again.

We just purchased our 4th vehicle and 2nd Acura RDX from Crest.Love the luxury functions and features of Acura and feel it offers good value when matched against comparable vehicles.We tend to keep our cars for several years and have found Acuras hold up really well not needing much more regular maintenance (oil changes, tires, brakes).I don’t enjoy the drama of having to haggle back and forth to get a fair deal and have found the purchasing process at Crest to be simple with regards to a negotiating a good price for the new vehicle plus a decent price for the trade.

Dropped off my vehicle to investigate a foul odor coming through vents. After inspection they called me with the report and their suggestions before preceding further. They also allowed me to keep my vehicle there for several days while I was out of state. I always choose Crest Acura for my service because their staff is professional and knowledgeable!

Had appointment at 2pm,waited one hour!Smoke and mirrors sales tactics.Signed contract for full asking price and came back to pick up 2019 LexusAND finance person would not honor it.Gave me new contract with three year warranty and Ziebart treatment removed.Went to sales manager and asked him to straighten this out. Finance person then agrees to original contract.He then shows me another contract and says this what is owed. His number was $1400OVER ! He then changes numbers and is OVER by $400.Had him put in calculator line by line items and the final number agrees with my original Contract!!! One and half hours OF DECEPTION. THEN I ask for copy of work and coverage of Ziebart. They said would email it to me. Never happened. Called Ziebart and found out not all the work was done!!!Called spoke to General manager and apologized with NO COMPENSATION and Zeibert work NOT RESOLVED.INTRGRITY AND HONESTYIS NOT AT THIS DEALERSHIP. I am 72 and bought many cars,this is the worse dealership I have ever experienced!

Salesman James was great. Followed up promptly and professionally.Ryan the Finance personwas unresponsive to two days of phone callsand left voice messages.Called sales manager and and asked what was status of interest rates that Ryan was to find best rate and I was also looking. I told him I would take the lowest rate and he agreed made sense. Part of deal we agreed to was Ziebart and three years of maintenance . It's onthe contract I signed.Came to pick up car andnew contract showed tome and three year maintenance removed!!!Ryan comes in after I told James that is notwhat agreed to. He accuses in very angrytone I broke agreementby getting loan !!!!NONSENSE. He kept raving about it and wouldn't allow me to explain.I went to manger andtold him of problem and asked him to talk withRyan and reminded him of phone call we aboutboth of us looking for best interest rate for 6 and 7 year loan.Ryan comes back and agrees to put back inThree year maintenaceand correct the numbers .He does that and sends salesman in withcorrected contract.THE NUMBERS ARESTILL WRONG.OVERBY $400.I had already wired money and had bank check and knew balancethat I would put on credit card. I had the bottom line number.Went line by line andhad him verify and puteach line item into and then number matchedwhat I had!!!This very unpleasantordeal lasted one and half hours. There ismore negative experiencece I havenot included. If the general manager caresto call me , I would further elaborate.

The service representative Jackson was very friendly and helpful. Courtesy car drivers were also friendly and prompt. Service was simple routine maintenance and went smoothly. Like everywhere there may be a lack of staffing. Not their fault. Staffing is a widespread problem.
