The expert coaches provide awesome programming and intense workouts, emphasizing positivity, education, and safety. There is a strong focus on helping every person improve and succeed, regardless of their current fitness level. Members report that there truly is a workout for everyone, making it a great place for all.

I've dropped in a few times to Syracuse Sweat Club and this place is great. The team is extremely welcoming and the programming is awesome. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the Syracuse area or if you're visiting and looking for an awesome workout.
