The staff is generally very helpful and knowledgeable, with service teams that will help find the perfect baseball gloves, tune up bikes, fit for new golf clubs, and set up fishing equipment. Several staff members went above and beyond to help. However, one experience with a cashier was negative. Prices can differ from online and may not reflect online sales.
