“Great place to go for home fitness equipment. The staff listened to our home fitness goals and then customized various options to our needs while incorporating some of the equipment we already had purchased from them years ago. Did not push to replace any existing equipment either. They really care about what works for you and a wide range of budgets. On the install, they went above and beyond and installed the equipment in our barn about 150 yards from the road. Hauled the equipment through the snow no questions asked, installed, and the family was ready to use the new equipment. Just great to work with and highly recommend you stop in if looking for advice and great equipment and service.”

“My first mistake was purchasing appliances from a big box store. Our delivery was delayed twice, and it was looking like it would take a month or more to receive everything if there were any additional delays.
I decided to check out Ra-Lin's website to see what they had available. I was hoping they carried the same models we wanted, and my next concern was whether they had them in stock. I called and spoke with Cate, and I can't say enough about how helpful she was. I explained our situation, and she quickly put together quotes for the models we wanted. We completed almost the entire transaction through phone calls and email, making the process incredibly easy.
Two of our appliances were delivered the very next day. The third arrived at the store a few days later, and we picked it up ourselves. Unfortunately, that appliance was damaged. I emailed Cate the same day, and she immediately responded, letting me know she would order a replacement and try to have it available as quickly as possible. The delay that followed was due to the manufacturer not releasing the order for pickup, which was completely out of Ra-Lin's control.
Despite that setback, Ra-Lin delivered the replacement appliance 4–5 days later, and it was perfect. Throughout the entire process, Cate went above and beyond to take care of us. Her constant communication and willingness to help made a stressful situation much easier.
The big box stores would not have provided the level of service and care that Cate and the team at Ra-Lin's gave us. We will definitely be purchasing our future appliances from them.

“This is the one stop shop to get anything related to the Syracuse university sports teams. We were visiting from Canada and were looking for some souvenir type "Syracuse" merch and happily left with some great hoodies. There's all kinds of apparel for the whole family - tshirts, hoodies, sweaters, pants, fleece, hats etc in a variety of price points and brands. You can get basic Gildan printed wear, Columbia, Champion and Nike just to give you examples. The best selection and makes a great gift!”
