“I called MM Tech Doctor after having multiple problems with the operational speed of my computer and also issues with the monitor screen just going blank. I was quoted a trouble shooting price and afterwards recommended resolutions which included a repair timeline. They provided me with an updated new unit and since I had already purchased a new printer. The Tech came to my home on time, installed and loaded the new printer drives with operational tutoring to make sure that everything was working correctly for what I thought was an appropriate price for all services provided. I will call them for any future computer needs I may have and recommend them for any computer issues a customer could have. The young lady who works in the office is also very polite, helpful, and patient for the computer illiterate such as me who needed help with explanations whether it was billing or calling the office to ask questions. Every dollar spent was worth all services provided.”
“Joel came to repair my 25 yr old AMANA side by side refrigerator when it stopped working a month ago!
We Had never used sears for repairs before.. but Joel did a heck of a job replacing nearly every moving part that could possibly be the problem including the compressor!
We had to wait 24 hrs for it to actually get cold and in the meantime, we got discouraged and thought it had not been repaired.. but around mid nite we opened the door and voila the thermometers were showing cold temps!
