i Paid for antifreeze and never got any. They charged me $39 for something I never asked for. They checked for a leak but all I wanted was antifreeze to be topped off......never got it.

I was charge $420 to replace to 2 lug stems and lug nuts that is highway robbery. I am in the process of disputing the charge.

Was horrible service, Jake and John had me wait 11 hours to be asked if I could wait till morning to get my oil changed. Now mind you I had a l appointment. Never called me to tell me what was going on with vehicle I had to call them and ask numerous times, the place seems unmanaged or lack of caring place was horrible would not suggest anyone going there. Horrible!

Avoid this place at all costs. I made an inspection appointment and when I showed up on time I was told that they cannot do the inspection because the staff will be leaving soon. They did not apologize, nor tried to fix things. They lost my business.

Kinda not sure. I went in and they said I needed 600$ more work Than I. Needed now maybe it was because they're not subaru specialists but it was control arms and not anything crazy.

I have only been to this place routinely a few times. The service was fine, extremely friendly, maybe a reflection of why it is so busy even with making appointments. They exactly addressed the issue of the vehicle with very few questions, and always seemed willing to answer any questions I had about the service.

Travelling from far out of state with a car problem. They would not even spare me 5 minutes to take a listen to the problem to let me know if the car was safe enough to try to continue on. Unkind as well as unhelpful

Zero stars! I recently had my truck serviced at the 711 Erie Blvd syracuse location. It took 4 days to complete a 4 hr repair. he price was quoted without tax. I had to borrow money to pay. I'd never go there again.

My car was overheating and this location was the only open shop around me on a weekday evening. I dropped it off for a diagnosis and received a call from them the next day. They told me my head gasket was blown and my engine was completely ruined from the mixing of the oil and coolant. They advised getting a new car as an engine replacement would cost THOUSANDS and may still need work after that.
I got a second opinion and it turned out I have a leak in my water pump, the head gasket is not blown and my engine is fine. The cost was less than $500.
This shop should not offer diagnostic services for areas they do not specialize in. They were completely wrong and thank goodness I got a second look before buying a new car.

They were wonderful start to finish. They got us in same day for our issue and were very positive in their discussions and assured us they were familiar with Silver Rock and we had nothing to worry about. They had us up and running again within a day and were easy to work with. We had only had our car 2 weeks and were upset about having issues but Dan was great and reassured us throughout the process.
