There was an issue and Will went above and beyond to get me in a vehicle that fit my needs. He was caring and patient. He got it from the airport area and it was not as clean as the car he picked me up I can tell you that. While I was waiting I saw his co worker taking the next person in line and helping everyone.

I’m a presidential circle member and twice now I’ve booked reservations and been turned away saying they don’t have cars available. They also just modified my reservation without my permission and instead of one day 12PM-12PM it’s two days 7:48AM-12PM and charged my card without discussing it with me. I’m done...
