“My husband rented from Hertz Buffalo Niagara Airport and were given a stinky lower rated car than we reserved because they were “out of cars” obviously they can take a reservation but they can’t hold the reservation which is the most important part. (5 stars to you if you get the reference). We ended up choosing the Burnett Ave location to see about getting our problem resolved. That is where we were fortunate enough to get Asst Manager Will Mawson to help us. Will was uber professional and understanding. He took care of the situation immediately and we were put in a lovely Nissan Rogue. Will saved our vacation and we are incredibly grateful.”
“Tony was extremely helpful! I made the mistake of setting my reservation for the wrong day- Tony was able to pull my reservation over to the correct day and time and get me in a vehicle as quickly as possible. I was already running behind schedule and feeling like not even going the car I was assigned which I had to wait for to be cleaned wasn’t what I reserved but was ok as I made the mistake in the first place. Sadly that car I didn’t feel was In safe condition, because there was a knock in the steering when I was backing out- Tony was understanding of my concerns for my families safety, and he was able to get me in another vehicle right away. Now an hour and a half behind schedule of a 4 hour drive, I left, not realizing until I got to New Jersey that I left my ID at the rental counter, which Tony had waiting for me the next day when I returned the vehicle. He was even kind enough to ask how the show was even though I wasn’t even feeling up to attending. All I can say is thank you Tony for making things a lot calmer and smoother cause I was in an already crappy mood and it was of my own doing. I use rentals often sometimes the experience is a lot more stressful being an airport, this time was one of the positive encounters!”
