“Had a great experience working with Lowe's in Camillus for a number of things. Tim in the cabinets department was super helpful, he created a great layout of my kitchen and aided me with the purchasing process and countertops as well. I've always been pleased with the paint and individuals working that station. My only reason for the four stars was their delivery process. They call the night before and give you a four hour time frame. Home Depot calls a half hour before which is great. Lowe's called and told me they were ten minutes away and more than hour before the earliest time they gave me so I had to hustle to get there for the delivery. Overall really pleased with this Lowe's location!”
“I love Lowe's for any home improvement project. I have always encountered exceptional customer service there as well. I am not really a Do-It-Myself person so when I find someone to ask what aisle something is in, or ask what they would recommend they are very knowledgeable and helpful. I still do not know how the people who work there know so much about whatever department they work in. But I have no complaints. I will continue to purchase home improvement items there again and again.”

“I needed some painting supplies, of which there was a large selection. Unfortunately , I needed items in other areas of the store & finding knowledgeable help was impossible. It seems to me that Lowes is catering more to contractors than to the lowly homeowner who needs smaller ticket items & help from employees who really know the products. Smaller, independent hardware stores, here I come!”
