“The best customer service hands down beats all the other stores.I drive 30 miles to go there versus 3 mi to go to Lowe's. Home Depot has the best selection and the higher quality of items. The staff at this place was so patient and knowledgeable even with my own research, they exceeded my expectations. My kitchen is yet to be installed, but they do have some high quality products that I purchased for my kitchen. There is no high pressure sales techniques at all and they answered all my questions no matter how trivial. I highly recommend you check home outlet in North Syracuse before you go to other home improvement stores. Update: my cabinets and counter top are installed and they are beautiful! Even my contractor was impressed with the quality! Now I am purchasing lvp flooring from them to finish 2 floors of my home. Best customer service and best prices on quality materials. Take a walk through sometime just to see what they have. Also, in the Sprint they have cages of chicks. Now I know why people buy them. But while at the store its fulfilling to see life starting out.”
