The key bank is very terrible the take the ID picture and scam both size . Because I changed my new phone number. And the employees is so rude. I don’t really like customer service. I will send to you zero star.

I went into this branch to resolve a problem...what a nightmare! I usually go to a different location..the branch manager was rude, not helpfully and quite honestly she didn't give a darn about me!! I left angry with an unresolved issue!! I will never go back there!!! If I could give a zero I would...sad....
