Great product but absolutely terrible customer service. I had an issue with my order and they all but barked at me. This seems like a reoccurrence for this shop.

I received these today! My entire downstairs smells amazing!!! These flowers exceeded my husbands expectations and the picture from the website of FTD!! They are gorgeous, thank you so much! ?
