We stayed here during our son’s recent surgery. The staff is friendly and accommodating. They really help ease the stress for caregivers with children in the hospital. We were glad to have the option to stay here.

The personnel is well-organized, competent, and kind. They run an excellent lodging facility for families with children who require medical attention at the neighborhood hospitals. If you reside more than 20 miles from Syracuse, I heartily recommend visiting this location. Stay here so you can be close to your child while they are in the hospital.

The staff here are all very nice and speak to you very respectfully. The facility is incredible and I really appreciate the fact that my daughter can stay there so close to the hospital and she'll be able to see her baby in the NICU

Thank God for the Ronald McDonald House. My son was born with duodenal artesia and required surgery the day after he was born. He was in the Crouse NICU for three and a half weeks. During that time his mother was able to stay right down the street from him and was able to spend time with him everyday. As I returned to home to work, take care of our animals and our 7 year old daughter. I was able to find peace of mind knowing that she was safe and comfortable.

We were saddened to learn that RMH Syracuse will not accommodate families with children that are receiving treatment in local psychiatric inpatient hospitals.
