When i picked up the uhaul the lady was rude, the uhaul was dirty in the front there was crumbs and debris all over the console are and seats, when I dropped it off i locked the doors and realized I had left my wallet in it. It was 5 minutes after closing everyone was gone so right when they opened at 7 my boyfriend went to go get my wallet. They first said they hadn't been in the trucks yet but when he went to go check a man had already taken it out and he gave it to him. My bf checked to make sure my cards and quickly looked to see that my cash was in there. The man refolded the ones into a wad making it look like all my cash was there. When my bf got home and I opened my wallet I saw what the man did and how he stole the $40 out of my wallet just leaving the ones wadded in there. I use uhauls fairly frequently bc i have a tiny car, i highly recommend going to the one on Thompson rd near carrier circle over this location i have never had a problem there and will pay the extra miles to use Thompson rd uhaul over this place ever again.

One lady at the desk was not professional or pleasant. And I almost slipped on their icy gravel lot where they park some of the trucks too. Avoid this place!

Recently rented a cargo van from U-Haul two different occasions in the last 30 days and it was like night and day each time. The first staff member was nice, helpful and patient with us. The second staff member was not very pleasant with us at all. I wish people could take customer service a little more seriously. You never know what someone might be going through.

Horrible . Dresser stolen and we locked it with one of the locks we purchased from u haul . bird poop was on our furniture, would not recommend. There’s other storage units on the same street. Go there not go here!

I picked up my truck and I dropped off my Vespa or motorbike and someone stole it from their property which was on camera at 12:00 midnight. So when I came the next day it was gone. Don't leave your vehicles overnight there. However, I did happen to bring my truck back a day late and he didn't charge me a late fee because of what had happened so that was kind of cool

Absolute the worst Uhaul experience ever! I picked up the truck and it only had 1/4 tank of fuel exactly with dash showing 47 miles to empty. I drove a total of 21 miles and filled the truck up before I returned ($13.08) worth, returning the truck 30 minutes early with more than 1/4 tank and the dash showing 70 miles to empty. So I returned the vehicle with MORE fuel then when I picked it up and this location had the audacity to charge me $8.08 for fuel! I called and told I would have to come in and show proof of the fuel level and mileage before they could refund me, so I did and I was never refunded. I went down there twice with proof and walked out no refund even though they said they would since my pictures proved I was correct. Absolute crooks run this location. Also the truck was disgusting inside and out. AVOID THIS UHAUL LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Tammy (Owner), and Dominique as agents for this location made my move a seamless, easy experience. I am so impressed with how well operated the Erie Boulevard, Syracuse location is. It’s like watching a well oiled service operation before one’s eyes, a well managed and beautifully run business. It’s obvious a lot of effort goes into serving customers so seamlessly and with such care to efficiency in customer service and quality of the services and products offered. I was checked in in no time and Tammy on my second visit and rental and Dominique on my first visit and rental—both within a week’s time—were welcoming and professional, and made me feel like I was special, like family or a special customer. The people in front of me were treated the same way. And they operate under such an extraordinarily effective business model, everything works like clockwork. Check in and reservations or special needs are accommodated at an excellent pace and with obvious care, empathy , and compassion. The professionalism they show at this location is matched by the quality and condition of the equipment they provide and goods and supplies they sell. I recommend this location highly and without any reservation. It is a wonderful place to do business with and is a great face and model for U-Haul Regional and National. Richard S.
