Package is less than 9 hours away. Original estimate said this Saturday and for no reason at all this hub changed it to Tuesday. The package is just sitting there. No explanation, just not moving. Terrible

UPS couldn't deliver a package with FedEx holding their hand! I've had a gift that I sent to Manlius, NY that's been out for delivery for 5 days!!!!!!
