If anyone at the warehouse reads this...PLEASE HELP. A present for my daughter was last scanned in at UPS, East Syracuse. It hasn't moved since arriving in Syracuse on Monday. I've called all the Syracuse USP locations with a phone number, but the stores just send me to general customer service who keep telling me it's on it's way. I don't know if this is the correct warehouse but assuming/hoping the warehouse is where the package fell off the radar. Is there anyway to contact the warehouse to have them try to locate the lost package? I just need help getting it unstuck or found lost behind a shelf or something. Any help is greatly appreciated!

I have paid for my packages to arrive in Florida in 2 days maybe 3 due to the holiday NOT 5. I spent close to $400 for the 2 day time frame!!! UPS is messing up badly!!!

They have lost a package that I shipped directly to me it was never Scanned but definitely know it made it to warehouse so wheres my box

They are a joke and they intentionally mishandle packages and intentionally make sure you don't get anything on time per employees with personal grudges. They can not be trusted do yourself a favor and use FEDEX. I'll be suing this hub and it's employees

This location is a Truck Depot and does **not** accept packages. I can't find a way to get Google to fix this.

It showed up on my GPS as a 24 hour place to drop packages. No. They do not. But because I went out of my way. They took them.
