If I could give this store less than one star I would. The employees in this store couldnāt care less about customer service. I would not recommend doing ANY BUSINESS with this store. I wouldnāt want anyone to experience the same HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, and REGRETFUL DECISION TO SWITCH TO VERIZON AFTER VISITING THIS STORE. CARELESS mistakes by the clerk who has a too busy to care ācall customer serviceā attitude who then had to correct their mistakes.
I would really love a manager at this store to please give me a call!

Always sucks going in. Walked out today without being helped. No structure at all. Multiple employees talking to each other, they help two groups after I walk in and ignore me for some reason. Get told to wait when I try to mention I was first and there awhile. Worst store in the area. Just going to do things online. Don't know why I bothered. You shouldn't

Tech was unable to get phone service to work. Said they had multiple issues like this with no resolution. 3 sim cards later they basically threw their hands up and said you can try and pay us more for better service but they didn't even know if that will resolve the issue. Gave us the phone back to us worse than when we entered. Ported number to another carrier, same phone is fully operational no issues within hours.

Had a horrible experience. I waited two hours to even be seen, but I understand that everyone is short staffed these days. because it ended up being so late, I had to go back a few days later to finish.The manager was extremely rude and lied right to my face. I have never written a negative review, but this manager should not be in that kind of position. Will not go back to that location.

They billed me .33 cents cause they over payed me when I closed my account. Makes no sense I believe this was a deliberate attempt to mess my credit up. This small amount almost went to collections cause I did not know about it and it should not have existed.

This location is terrible. I had a horrible experience trying to pay a bill when my account was locked beyond my control. I had the pleasure of speaking to the manager who tells me what happened when he wasn't even there the day it happened. Apparently he has a crystal ball at his house and can see everything. No apology or anything. I will be avoiding this location moving forward. If you want to be treated rude, this is the place for you

The customer service provided was fantastic and we found exactly what we needed. Everything went through without a hitch!
I canāt remember specifically the names of the salespeople but they started with a Y and the other was the manager!

I highly recommend that you avoid this store! The salespeople there took advantage of my 83 year old father just because he's a gentle, trusting man who avoids confrontation. My father went to your store to simply get his fast and modern smartphone fixed. I gave him this phone as a gift and spent hours setting it up for him to be simple. It seemed as though the tip of a USB cord broke off into the phone's charging port which is a pretty simple fix. He was also on a great, 5 person family plan that gave him a military discount causing him to only need to pay around $40 a month for the unlimited everything plan. The person he worked with at your store refused to even attempt the simple phone fix. Instead, they got my dad to trade in his phone for a brand new flagship Samsung phone, got him off that family plan, and gave him a brand new plan with a brand new phone number. Consequently, he had to pay hundreds of dollars for this new phone and an activation fee for creating a new plan. This new plan will now cost him over $120 a month for the exact same service. This salesperson made it seem as though it would be really complicated and time consuming to keep this new phone on the same old plan. All they had to do was transfer the old SIM card from the old phone to the new phone and perhaps contact my retired mother-in-law law who is the family plan account holder. Now, my dad is having a ton of trouble getting used to this overly complicated flagship Samsung phone and feels like he was taken advantage of. It's hard for me to help since I live 600 miles away. I did convince my dad to go back to that Verizon store in order to get things turned back to how they were before with a much simpler entry level Google Pixel phone. However, the salesperson just blew my dad off by saying his current setup is what's best for him. He could save money by bundling Verizon services. What happened to my dad was clearly what's best for that store, not my dad. Taking advantage of a confused, trusting elderly person is one of the most despicable things that you can do. Treat this incident as a cautionary tale and go to another Verizon store. This place has plenty of competition.

We had a series of unfortunate events. We arrived there, waited around 20 min or more. But the manager was so helpful. Unbelievably helpful. And we were not even customers (yet)He guided us through our options and even helped hands on with our devicesI'll be sure to go back to this location!Awesome customer service ?
