I highly recommend that you avoid this store! The salespeople there took advantage of my 83 year old father just because he's a gentle, trusting man who avoids confrontation. My father went to your store to simply get his fast and modern smartphone fixed. I gave him this phone as a gift and spent hours setting it up for him to be simple. It seemed as though the tip of a USB cord broke off into the phone's charging port which is a pretty simple fix. He was also on a great, 5 person family plan that gave him a military discount causing him to only need to pay around $40 a month for the unlimited everything plan. The person he worked with at your store refused to even attempt the simple phone fix. Instead, they got my dad to trade in his phone for a brand new flagship Samsung phone, got him off that family plan, and gave him a brand new plan with a brand new phone number. Consequently, he had to pay hundreds of dollars for this new phone and an activation fee for creating a new plan. This new plan will now cost him over $120 a month for the exact same service. This salesperson made it seem as though it would be really complicated and time consuming to keep this new phone on the same old plan. All they had to do was transfer the old SIM card from the old phone to the new phone and perhaps contact my retired mother-in-law law who is the family plan account holder. Now, my dad is having a ton of trouble getting used to this overly complicated flagship Samsung phone and feels like he was taken advantage of. It's hard for me to help since I live 600 miles away. I did convince my dad to go back to that Verizon store in order to get things turned back to how they were before with a much simpler entry level Google Pixel phone. However, the salesperson just blew my dad off by saying his current setup is what's best for him. He could save money by bundling Verizon services. What happened to my dad was clearly what's best for that store, not my dad. Taking advantage of a confused, trusting elderly person is one of the most despicable things that you can do. Treat this incident as a cautionary tale and go to another Verizon store. This place has plenty of competition.

Went in to have service moved from one phone to another. Pretty straightforward. Workers were knowledgeable and helpful with the transfer.

We had a series of unfortunate events. We arrived there, waited around 20 min or more. But the manager was so helpful. Unbelievably helpful. And we were not even customers (yet)He guided us through our options and even helped hands on with our devicesI'll be sure to go back to this location!Awesome customer service ?

Customer service is terrible.I went in to look at the new iPhone 15 Pro Max as a possible upgrade from my 13 pro max at the Syracuse NY corporate office on Erie Blvd. The woman there was polite and I told her I was just looking. When I did have questions I went to a gentleman rep. When I asked how long does it take for a phone to be ordered. I was told how ever long it takes for me to talk to a rep. I told him that’s not what I mean. He then said oh well when mobile orders come in? I said no. I then asked, you don’t have the 15 pro max in stock do you? He said I don’t know what we have. Then I said If I work with a rep how long does it take for a phone to come in? Then he said 2 to 3 days. I said ok thank you. After a few minutes I decided I’ll order the phone. So I went back and asked if I can schedule a time to work with a rep. He said yes but then proceeded to tell me it’ll be quicker to order online and gave me a bunch of excuses. At that point I just gave up and said thank you and walked away.I know I can purchase my phones online. I have 8 accounts currently but I wanted to ask some questions and buy accessories. I guess sales aren’t important in that corporate location. Whether they make commission or not, you see how how much they are willing to help in that store. I didn’t mind waiting 30 minutes to talk to a rep if I had to. The Goal is to give customers an experience to where they come back and refer people. Customer service is my biggest thing. Being in sales and customer service for over 18 years I’m beyond annoyed. After that interaction I’m just going to keep my phone and current accounts once the contracts are done, I’ll be searching for somewhere else to go.

Came in for a 5G SIM card because my phone kept losing service and was told by their "manager" I couldn't because they thought it was fraud even though I had approval on the account and multiple forms identification to prove who I was. If you want to be treated with any kind respect, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

Zero would be a better rating for them. I am an international student working here in the United States. I wanted internet connection from verizon. When I went to the verizon store, after giving all my ssn and info, they told me to get my government issued id or passport. So I went to my home, which is about 30 mins away from this verizon office, came back with my passport. Then they told me they need us visa as well. The US visa was stamped on my another passport, and if they just did tell me before they would also need that, I could have just got it from my home. They wasted like 3 hours of my life that day with wrong informations. I am not even angry about that. If you can not do it or do not know about your own system, it is fine. Which was extremely annoying and humiliating is that they kept asking me if i can bring my original passport or my us passport after explaining 1000 times that i am from Bangladesh. At the end, after wasting 3 hours with wrong info, they told me why I do not have even have a original passport. Wth man, there are other countries in this world except for the US. And other countries passports are as valid as US passport. went to the nearby spectrum and got my internet connection set up in 5 minutes with my bangladeshi passport. rude people!

My girlfriend went there for internet setup. Seems like they don’t know how to provideinternet connection to international student. They have no clear idea what info they need. They wasted 3 hours of our time but not able to figure out.We then went to nearby spectrum office and everything is done in 5 min.

Extremely knowledgeable sales team. Mary customer service oriented that takes the time to explain the differences between the variety of products and how to actually take advantage of any promotions that are currently running. Only downside I can even consider is they charge a fee for transferring data from an old device to a new device. This is certainly a nice service, but not worth the fee because anyone can do it. If you buy a screen protector they put it on for you which is nice because they do it all day long and can get it done quickly.

Rude staff that don't care about you unless you're buying a phone from them. Encountered rudeness 2x when picking up online orders. From now on I'll drive further just to go to another store. They could definitely use some customer service training here...
