Extremely happy with the service I received on my 2015 Chevrolet Silverado. I highly recommend this company.

If I could give a zero that would be too much for the Ziebart in Syracuse . I took my Bronco to have touch up rustproof as required by Ziebart . The shop manager got overspray on bumpers mirrors windows fender flares all over my running boards . 3 trips there and they can’t fix or remove it . Yet another trip and they will try to detail . Sorry just do t have time today I fix the problem after sitting there for 6 hours. Horrible service . Calling BBB to see if they can help . Next will be court . Never again .

I have done business with Ziebart over 25 years and I am done with the lack of management and customer service. First of all- they contact you to make your appointment for annual inspection and days before contact you back to cancel your appointment and after your appointment is scheduled for the second time- everyone in customer service is confused about the day they scheduled. Secondly- I brought my truck to get serviced and they had it for more than 5 days and the day I picked it up- the work wasn’t done right and there was undercoating overspray all over my truck. Not to mention- told the manager to come out so I can show him the areas that weren’t done- he stated that he wasn’t going to inspect the job and for me to bring it back! Ziebart had my vehicle for 5 DAYS and I have to bring it back?! There is NO REASON for me to bring a vehicle back when you had it for 5 days!!! If they did the job correctly- the undercoating wouldn’t be peeling and at the end of it- getting charged for sh*ty work! Lastly- CUSTOMER BEWARE- they have changed their policy on September 2024 and now they are charging for annual inspections! Since this point- I have never been charged for inspections and all of the sudden they are charging without telling you what they are charging you for! For any new or used vehicle owners that need to get your vehicle undercoated- there are better establishments out there that have great customer service and take care of their customers! If you want to get screwed- go to Ziebart- they do a good job at screwing their customers!

I bought my Van through Romano and paid extra to have the annual ziebart rust proofing done. I’m a busy Mom of 2 kids and need my vehicle but I found transportation for the day I needed to drop it off. Had the appt scheduled for 9:30, I got here at 9. Was told that it would be done around 4 - here I sit in the waiting room with several other people at 5pm and its “not ready” meanwhile I see that it hasn’t moved from the spot I had it in this morning. Unbelievable and Romano should be ashamed to work with a company like this. No apologies or anything. Absolutely the worst company I’ve ever dealt with.

Had my car all day for a scheduled undercoating - didn’t get to it, didn’t notify me at any point that they weren’t going to get to it in time. I live an hour and half away and had to take a full day off work to get this done.

First I want to say my wife and I have been life long customers with Ziebart for the last 30 year and will not be returning.
I brought my vehicle into Ziebart on Hiawatha blvd. in Syracuse NY for my annual rustproofing recheck on 10/03/24. I dropped my vehicle off at 8:30am and was told just be be back around 4:30pm. We were always told that the rustproofing applied needs to sit and dry before we can drive it home. I went to pickup my vehicle around 4:30pm and was I told it was not done yet. I saw my vehicle in the parking lot and figured the inspection/touch up had already been done and the rustproofing was just drying. I had appointment at 5:00pm and needed my vehicle so I demanded my keys and left. I then realized my vehicle was in the same spot that I parked it and that they did NOTHING. No smell at all. The vehicle was there for 8hrs and didn’t even touch it. They close at 5:00 so what kind of inspection/touch up would I have gotten if I was able to stay. So I guess the vehicles do not have to sit and dry seeing I would be leaving there at 5:00pm. In addition they did the same damn thing to my wife last year in 2023. We have had enough with Ziebart and they really don’t care about customers that just come back for the annual inspection/touch up. Nice selling point though when you sign for their vehicle rustproofing. I DO NOT need a response back because I don’t care what you have to say.

The sales people lie about times when the vehicle is done. I wanted to re schedule my appointment multiple times throughout the day as I explained I had a Dr appointment late and I didn't think it'd leave enough time to have the vehicle done also and they assured me it would be done in time if I waited in the shop. I waited until it was time to leave and they hadn't had my vehicle in even after I asked to reshcedule my appointment multiple times in between. My whole day was wasted sitting inside of this shop because no one could actually give me an honest answer and just reschedule my appointment

$449 to detail the interior of my small car? Unreal.
But after reading reviews here and hearing about experiences my friends have had with this company, I'm so glad the price deterred me so my car doesn't get jacked up by this place. Yikes!

Not impressed with the level of service my wife got today when she brought my truck in for the annual rust proofing recheck. I had an appointment for 9:15 AM. When I set the appointment we discussed her waiting with it as we live an hour away. I was reassured she would be red tagged as a person waiting and they would get it in and she should be done by lunch time. After checking in several times after lunch as the truck had not moved and several people from 8 and 9 o'clock appointments were still there someone finally spilled the beans all but 1 of their auto lifts are broken but 1. They were bringing in new cars ahead of all the customers with appointments for free rechecks. I bet if she had bought one of the packages of new services this morning it would have gotten her further up the line. Things happen and equipment breaks, staffing can be an issue to. Been there as a past business owner. I would not be here telling about a terrible experience today for a service that takes 12 minutes to do. They made my wife sit there for 7.5 hours. Some honest communication would be to level with the room full of customers and give them options. Very poor management all the way around. I am glad we gave you no new business and likely we will ever come back.

I did a night before drop off for my next day rust proofing yearly inspection.
They did a great job by the looks of it.
Only thing I disliked is they simply said a 4:30 to 5 pm pick up.
Now if my truck was ready earlier , maybe one of the first into the shop.
They could have called to say it's ready.
But nope waited all day without a vehicle.
I planned on that , but would be nicer if when they are ready .
You could pick up earlier.

Went in for the annual check, seemed more like a bate and switch, as what they really wanted was to sell me their ceramic finish. I didn’t appreciate the waste of my time.

I left without completing the service because the service described at the time of drop-off was not the same service described at the time of quoting.

Well the bottom of my door started to rust. Every time I went in for my yearly checkup I would mention this to them. After several years of nothing getting done they finally told me to submit a claim. took pictures of the and said that I would hear within 30 days after 90 days I sent them an email asking him what the holdup was. They responded with an email telling me that it was not covered under warranty. What is the sense of getting your car rust proof taken into every year for a checkup if they're not going to cover it when it rusts? I've had three vehicles I've taken in there I will never ever do business with ziebart again.
