“I'll start by saying this place has the best customer service I've ever received from any company before!Rick went out of his way to make everything as smooth as possible. Engine arrived with damage, from shipping company being rough with it. It was not Rick's fault at all, but he took full responsibility. Paid to have the damage fixed (which wasn't cheap) just to keep me happy! Didn't make me wait for a claim from the shipping company or anything, just took matters in to his own hands.On the phone and email, he takes interest in to your project and doesn't make you feel like he just wants your money. He doesn't make you feel rushed to make a decision and get off the phone.I called a few places while looking for my engine, and Rick gave me the best price and made me feel good about my purchase with him!
