“We had no problems with our stay. The price is good for what you get. It is actually an interesting place because it has not been updated.The hotel needs to be updated. I would guess it was last updated in the 70's, maybe 80's. The carpet is really looking bad in our room, not dirty but showing stains and wear from decades of use.”

“This hotel is super great! I stay at a lot of hiltons and they have had a great reputation for being a great brand of hotels. This hotel is just 5 minutes into New York State and is lovely and beautiful. This was such a great get away and cannot believe the amazing staff and would like to say that Michelle was great and so friendly. The pool and gym was one of the best and I really did enjoy this hotel. In the morning I was able to get a late checkout and there was free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate in the restaurant. My family and I got room service and I was very happy with the service. Check in and check out was great and was able to use my phone as a room key. Thank you Hilton Pearl River NY.”

“I joined my G.S. team here from 11/5-11/7. The beautiful surroundings first caught my eye...405 acres of peace, tranquility, and nature. I wish I could have stayed longer just to explore more. Waking up to the sunrise was incredible!! Upon check-in, I was met by Peter Stafford, who welcomed me and shared information concerning the location of the room. Brian, the bus driver, and another gentleman, who I embarrassingly cannot remember his name now, took our luggage to our lodging area and helped us get around over the few days. I am so delighted with the accommodations that the Food and Beverage staff shared. I was never made to feel uncomfortable or treated as though I was difficult. They went out of their way to make sure I had food I could eat even with my allergies. A huge THANK YOU to Aquime, James, Dan, and Nariccisa for the best customer service and all-around kindness. I may not remember the girls' names at the front desk or others on the staff, but I just want to thank each and every one for making my trip wonderful. The room was clean and I had everything I needed...the bottles of water were a lovely surprise. Amazing team, beautiful atmosphere, and a rejuvenating experience...one that I highly recommend to others!!! THANK YOU, AGAIN!!!Rooms: Spacious, well-cared for clean!Walkability: Great space for walking and the best accommodations if you need assistance getting around. While I appreciate the exercise, it was peace of mind knowing that if I needed a ride, it was there.Food & drinks: 10+ for accommodations and healthy choices!Noteworthy details: Just a beautiful atmosphere! Being one with nature, s'mores at the fire pit, seeing a hawk up close, the bright red and yellow leaves that popped in the woods, the lake, the view...all amazing!”

“Been coming here for awhile, it's a very local crowd but the booze is a good price, the roast beef dinner is fabulous and the atmosphere is typical bar. Come for a drink and a pizza and you will be very happy.”

“Depending upon which day , will be the stars. This will be my third night here, I think I will probably sleep best tonight and I tried to call the front desk to thank he and the staff here about nobody wanted to answer. And this is not just one phone call . I've been trying to call for over an hour.. I didn't need nor want anything.. just thought I would appreciate the staff, but nope, nobody answers the phone... So, depending on which staff, it's 2-5 stars, location 5 (when the hill is only a sheet of ice) food , definitely a 5 ⭐, there are so many deliveries and pick up places that are 100,% best of NY... Enjoy your stay here as I have!!!”

“We stayed here for two nights. It exceeded all expectations and beyond. The service was great, the employees were exceptional, free breakfast, a bar open until midnight, a beautiful room with an updated looking bathroom, had a couch, a tv, wifi, and the bed was very comfortable. It was clean and quiet, we didn’t hear any loud noises from the mall. Security car parked around the parking lot so we felt safe coming in very late at night. The employee Christopher helped me fix the pricing because I forgot to tell them we were there for bereavement when we booked over the phone. We had cheesecake which i highly recommend and their chocolate chunk cookies were delicious! Thank you for an amazing stay!Rooms: The room was great and big! had a couch and a beautiful bathroom that you can walk right into thankfullyNearby activities: Right next to a shopping mall.Safety: Security was parked nearby and it was a nice mall area. Felt very safe.Walkability: Right next to a mall so you have endless options for food, shopping, and drinks. Also a bar inside the hotel downstairs.Food & drinks: Great bakery items!!Noteworthy details: Employees are great, especially Christopher who helped us both nights.”

“I was reading reviews of this place and I was beginning to have second thoughts about this hotel after booking it. But I decided to say "screw it" and give it a shot. The front desk was very helpful at check-in. They gave us all of the information about the hotel and where everything was.Apparently, the people who left a review have complained about the smell and the mold in the rooms. The room smelled like how a typical hotel room is supposed to smell. There was no funky smell at all. There was no mold at all.Now here's why I only gave them four stars instead of five. My girl and I were there for 2 nights and 3 days. Every morning, she and I found a bug in the bathroom. The first morning, it was a house centipede. The second morning is a spider. Even though this hotel was clean, we were bound to catch bugs in the room since we were on the first floor and there may be some cracks in the foundation of the building, making it easier for the bugs to enter the hotel rooms on the first floor. Was I expecting a house centipede and a spider? Not really, but I didn't make a big fuss about it. I'm just happy it was those bugs and not ants, where they travel in colonies, making it really annoying to stay in the room. It was just one bug, and once you squashed it, that was it. We live in a world where even though you can thoroughly clean a place, there are going to be bugs in it, but the species of bugs was a bit weird-looking.I would stay there there again, to be honest. No species of bugs is going to stop my hotel experience and demand a refund. I'll try to go for something on the second floor, so the bugs don't get into the hotel rooms as easily. If they can perhaps get an exterminator to get rid of the bug problem, that could help too.Overall, the room was great! It felt like I was in a studio apartment, and with how much it was, it was really nice! The staff was personable and amazing to work with. The towels and bedsheets were very clean.I would like to thank Simply Select Suites for having us stay there and I will be in touch if I want to get another room from them again.”

“The Hotel staff is very friendly and helped you with whatever you needed.The hotel is very clean as well as the rooms. The continental breakfast was very good a nice variety was given. I definitely would stay there again in the future.Rooms: Room was big with 2 queen beds a big bathroom and room also had a mini refrigerator.Safety: I was never felt or was worried about my safety there.Walkability: A lot of different shops you could walk to in the area.Food & drinks: Plenty of fast food or restaurants in the srea.Noteworthy details: They had free coffee and hot tea 24 hours.”

“I have been a Hilton customer for decades. This is by far the best Hilton Garden Inn I have stayed at. Clean. Excellent, friendly service. It just happens to be at the right point for a long drive, found it totally serendipitously, a couldn’t be happier. Six stars! Also, don’t miss the center of Dobbs Ferry for some excellent dining. Breakfast at the Black Cat Cafe, a ten minute drive, was fantastic.”

The well-maintained rooms offer comfortable beds, ensuring excellent rest. The property also benefits from private parking. However, it should be noted that the rooms may seem slightly cramped. In addition, the proximity of a road can occasionally cause noise pollution. “It was my first time here. Got in late and left early business.Love,love, there beds,pillows and blanket. Could have slept longer, but work got in the way... lol. Ruth was great for our breakfast!!The bathroom could have been cleaner, and there wasn't any body wash soap in the shower.No big deal to me!!Hope to be back again soon!!”

“really like the place. It's a short walk to Main St Tarrytown and Beekman Ave Sleepy Hollow. It's pretty affordable, has a heated good-sized indoor pool and rooms with patios in the courtyard. It is a little dated with minor maintenance issues like doors to the parking lot that don't work with card readers, etc, but that's fine. My only complaint is their cleaning standards. Stayed there twice recently, on the way to, and the way back from visiting family to break up the drive. On the way to, everything was fine except there were a ton of balloons behind the couch. No big deal, kind of funny really but shows cleaning isn't very thorough. On the way back we were given a room that hadn't been cleaned, unmade bed, dirty towels on bathroom floor etc. That was not cool, but the front desk got us a new room that was clean. Overall, I really like the place but don't be shocked at hiccups with your stay. Oh, the Keurig in the room on the way home was also broken. Not a deal breaker, but annoying. Still worth it and a decent place for the price with a strip mall 2 blocks away that has breakfast, booze, pizza, Asian food, a grocery and a CVS.”

“Motel 6's usually have a fridge n microwave in each of the rooms. This one doesn't. Have to walk to main office for ice, coffee n hot water. No condiments.The room seems clean.”
