“Great experience from the time I walked in the door. Henry was so friendly and knowledgeable that with his help it did not take long to figure out what I needed. The building looks brand new and bright inside. There is a restroom! Very convenient plus. It was easy to say yes to a unit that is just right for me at this time and it was is so clean! Henry went above and beyond by sweeping out the unit and offering to mop it to get rid of any residual dust. Not that it looked like it needed anything! The prices are very reasonable. She calmly and confidently helped us navigate through the ‘system’ long distance, because we wanted to help a friend pay his monthly unit charge, in one of your CT facilities. She was friendly, helpful and patient, and tirelessly explored every possible avenue to assist us, and also reached out to the other storage space, in question. In short, she generously and kindly took time to cut through ‘red tape’ . In the end, we will have to drive to CT to help make his payment because he has to do some data updating, in person, but now the necessary steps are clearly understood, thanks to Ms. Ripa. We also inquired about renting space at the West Nyack facility and are very impressed at the cleanliness and security measures in place, and the strong sense of knowledge, expertise and compassionate authority that Ms. Ripa displays.
