“Working with Mr Santana was such a pleasure, he had the ability to answer each and every question put to him. My hat goes off to him, THANK you and job well done.”
“I used Westy self storage for only a couple months but they were great. The staff members were extremely helpful from the jump...suggesting unit sizes, and explaining to me how the fees/charges work. When I was ready to clear out my unit, there were no weird judgements or uncomfortable exchanges with the staff. They made it very easy, and convenient. I would highly suggest storing with this location if you're in white plains/westchester area.”
“Everyone in the office shows so much support and professionalism. The staff are so informative and easy going, busy location but Management takes time to welcome you and explain the policies. Thank you!”
“The young lady who processed my order was efficient, courteous, intelligent and willing to keep customers moving. Another young lady had my trailer connected faster than I have ever seen. The young man who was cleaving out returns was hustling as well. Even the man who was there to return the trailer was on top of his game. The manager at the Virginia Road location in Valhalla or North White Plains is very fortunate to have such a fantastic staff. Been using U-Haul for 30 years and this was one of the best experiences. Please take care of your employees they deserve it. Thank you.”
