“I used Westy's White Plains (WP) for a few months and had a great experience with Doug who provided excellent service and later Rita who was very understanding and supportive of my unfolding circumstances. They were professional.

Westy's WP is clean, and climate controlled. I liked that they don't increase their prices after a few months and especially that they have a month-free running promotion. However, the only downside is that they are too pricy, they open late and close too early.

In my view, closing late would add value -especially to their working clients - and I hope this is something the management should consider.

I would rent the space again.”

“The young lady who processed my order was efficient, courteous, intelligent and willing to keep customers moving. Another young lady had my trailer connected faster than I have ever seen. The young man who was cleaving out returns was hustling as well. Even the man who was there to return the trailer was on top of his game. The manager at the Virginia Road location in Valhalla or North White Plains is very fortunate to have such a fantastic staff. Been using U-Haul for 30 years and this was one of the best experiences.
