Worst. Bank. Branch. Ever. Always in total chaos. Wait time can be more than 30 minutes when no when else is waiting. Manager solicits services. Waste of time and inefficiency is the standard.

Atms work fine, but if you want to actually see a teller or anyone inside, it would be quicker to drive down to the ardsley branch and then back before you'd even get close to seeing someone here. My lord is it ran poorly.

Despise having to go to this branch. Employees seem aloof and lazy. I have to call to get someone to come to the window of the the drive up banking. After many years as a Wells customer, considering taking my personal and business banking elsewhere.
