And I had to come in the next day, which I wasnt happy about. I explained to Elizabeth the situation and informed me nothing couldn't really be done due the weekend but she did the impossible. “I have been using the Pomona branch of Chase Bank now for the past four years and couldn't be happier. There is almost never a line at the windows and the tellers are always pleasant and helpful. When I walk into the bank, I am often pleasantly greeted by the employees who always make me feel welcomed. I had previously been using the Spring Valley branch, where the employees were generally pleasant, but there were nearly always long lines. At the Pomona branch, I am usually in and out within five minutes. It is always a pleasure doing business with them.”

“Stopped by here the other day, and wanted to give a shout out to the teller Ana, who was very helpful with my financial needs, as for the office itself, it is very nice and clean, not too many people, overall, it's a good bank and in a good location: Had to do a small update though, the teller Ana made a mistake by accidentally depositing an extra amount in my account which caused my account to be overdrawn afterwards, she did give me a call regarding about it, but still, my account was overdrawn and the fees couldn't be reversed..”

“I went into the branch today worked with Eileen. I had 12 paper savings bonds that were gifted by grandparents 20 years ago. I was nervous that Chase couldn’t convert them to cash.

“I came over to Key Bank with my small business account and personal accounts after meeting with Pamela. She was so helpful and informed me of all the support and guidance I’d be offered if I was a member at the bank. She is quick to respond if I ever have questions. Most recently helping me with a new way to take payment with less fees than the third party app I was using. I recommend Key Bank but if I’m being totally honest, I highly recommend using Pamela! My great experience was really created by her and the team.”

The branch is clean, calm, and organized. No hectic lines flying in all directions, no confusion about where to go. You walk in, get your bearings right away, and it actually feels under control — which by a bank is already a big yesod.
The staff are professional but still menschlich. You’re not just another number; they actually listen and help you get what you need done without making it into a whole sugya. Questions get answered clearly, and things move along without unnecessary shtick.
Also, big plus on efficiency. You don’t feel like you’re settling in for a long stay. Things move at a normal pace — quick enough to appreciate, but not rushed like they’re trying to push you out the door.
And let’s be honest, anytime you leave a bank feeling like “that went easier than expected,” it’s basically a minor yeshuah.

“Staff tries hard. Seem very understaffed. They definitely need another ATM inside branch. ATM has too much glare on screen during day, needs screen or small enclosed room like Stony Pt branch. Lines can be long to wait for ATM users to finish. People in bank have always been great to me.”
