“Second time we come here to file our children's passport applications. We've had good experiences both times. Today the lady was extremely nice and helpful. We had scheduled the appointment for 1pm and the actual location says closed at that time for lunch. The girl saw it wasn't our fault or hers but she help us with the process and even took the time to retake our baby's picture. We greatly appreciate it.”

“Worst delivery ever. Dropped off a $1,000 water heater delivered from HD in my driveway without even ringing my doorbell. I was waiting for them to come to deliver to my basement on opposite side if my house. Nope just dropped off and left. Worst experience and worst customer service no way to rectify the situation.”
