This has always been a very unhelpful and unpleasant place to shop. I was trying to print 6 sets of almost 50 photographs and the only person that would quasi help me to place the order through their machines and website. Indeed, the woman suggested that I go elsewhere to get them developed from my cellphone. I've been a customer for almost fourteen years and they have always been extremely hostile to customers. Yessiree, shop elsewhere. Anywhere, but there!!!

Omg! The wait is atrocious! 40+ minute wait every time! This place is awful. Need to find a different pharmacy.

The main pharmacist is consistently rude to people. The other staff is great. If you're in Thornwood go to the other CVS the pharmacist is waaay nicer.Pharmacist also tried to block me from using the bridge program to get the COVID Vaccine for 0 copay. Very un helpful and just wants to drive people away without doing their job.

Pretty much the worst pharmacy ever. If they didn't have access to lifesaving drugs, I would never set foot in here. The head pharmacist is actually missing one of his front teeth. Nuff said.

My renewal prescription was being processed on Thursday Oct. 19 but not ready for pick-up till 24 hours later (Friday, Oct, 20) at CVS Thornwood (Broadway location). I called several times and was on hold for 50 min twice, 30 min and 25 min without anyone in the pharmacy department ever answering the phone. I called and spoke to the front end manager who told me that Oct. 20 was vaccine day and they had 120 vaccines to do meaning prescriptions were put on hold. I assume CVS makes much more $ from vaccines than from prescriptions and so they come first before dispensing medications people need for their health. This policy stinks. I will be looking into getting my prescriptions filled elsewhere.

They never answer the phone and everything is at their leisure. My mother in law was discharged from the hospital late. Although the pharmacy was open for another 30 mins they said they could only fill 1 of 5 prescriptions because they were too busy to fill all of the meds.

This is not the ideal pharmacy; long lines, don't answer phones, and the store itself is tired. It's a busy store. My sense is that the pharmacists are quite overworked and are doing the best they can. I've received all my covid shots here and they have been cordial.

Been going to this CVS for years with no problem. In the last 2 months I've had at least three problems, the pharmacists have been partially filling prescriptions without informing me or another family member. We did not discover the missing pills until coming to the end of the pack realizing we didn't have enough to fulfill our treatment. It's one thing if they don't have enough pills and they tell you before you come in, or if when you come in they tell you they didn't fulfill the prescription and you've only given you partial fulfillment, but in the last three cases there was no notice. This could be extremely dangerous for people who don't know to count their pills or who may not have access to transportation in order to get the prescription filled at another date, or if people simply don't realize and think that they've gotten all of their pills and suffer further medical conditions because they didn't finish a prescription. The most current situation I'm dealing with requires antibiotics and I only realized after throwing away the bottle and then retrieving it that it hasn't been the full number of days of treatment and in tiny print on the bottle it states that I still have more pills that I need to pick up. No one informed me of this!*As an update, I admit my mistake that one of those three events I miscalculated my prescription. The other information about a prescription being unfilled was reported due to "insurance not wanting to fill it completely". While it may be insurance to blame, we still were not notified of this before, during or after and had to contact cvs for confirmation regarding this incomplete prescription. It's frustrating we can not rely on this CVS due to communication inconsistency since we've been going here so long

Overall the way pharmacies go but one of the pharmacists is mean and won't give you the time of day. I think the pharmacy treats their pharmacists badly
