The CVS on Broadway in Thornwood is a busy store and pharmacy. The team is helpful, courteous, and patient, often going above and beyond. The store is clean, well-stocked, and efficient, providing good customer service. While sometimes busy with long lines, the workers are accommodating and cordial. The pharmacists are seen as doing their best. It is a place many recommend.
If you want great customer service at CVS I would highly recommend the Thornwood NY location. Consistently way above average!

I used to have my prescriptions filled at CVS but now I go elsewhere. The lines were too long and the pharmacist at the time was discourteous. That’s why I take my RX’s to Walgreens next door where the line is shorter and thee attention for prescriptions more personal
