When I needed my front brakes adjusted for a longer ride today, the regional manager, Jim, took a look on the spot, showed me what was needed, and I was on my way. No charge. “This review is long overdue. I commute by bike as much as possible (10-11 months a year). Adam has serviced my acoustic bike, my electric bike and my kid's bikes. He is passionate, caring and hard-working. He is so great to the neighborhood kids and treats his customers like family. I have tried the rest (Bert's/Handlebars/Tom's...) but now only go to the best! Adam keeps biking affordable, safe and fun! We are lucky to have this shop in South Buffalo!!!”
“Included in buying a new bike is a fitting, within 1-3 weeks after you pick it up. The fitting takes about an hour and is actually very nice. Alex was very knowledgeable and explained all the different aspects. Saddle height (where just 5 millimeters makes a difference), your position on the bike, the way you hold your feet, everything was reviewed and explained.If you already have a bike you can book a fitting too, I think for around $ 50. So if you are not comfortable riding your bike and visit Campus WheelWorks.A great shop with friendly and knowledgeable staff.”

“While beginning a search for an electric "Adventure Bike", I stopped by Shickluna. On entering the shop and seeing all the higher-end analog road bikes on the wall, I knew I was probably not their main customer. Regardless, they were more than helpful, listening to what I wanted to do and giving me what I felt was good advice. They even pointed me to a competitor that they felt might have more what I was looking for. A+ customer service despite what I'm sure they knew was a low probability of a sale.”

“Stopped in to get an estimate for a tune up on my 10+ year old mountain bike... They did a fantastic job including helping put on a new pedal I wasn't able to do myself and a new chain. “I was finishing my NYC to Buffalo Empire State Trail and the but that held my seat in place broke just a mile from this bike shop. They helped me out in a pinch, replacing the part, putting the seat in place, and putting me back on the trail to complete my adventure. Thank you, Dick and Ricky! (I hope I got your names right!)
