“I’m pleasantly surprised by the quality and affordability of old navy. Their 2024 summer linen line was impressive. 2024 Fall jeans are thick, sturdy, and fit curvy body types. Sweaters are made of at least 50% cotton. Overall, I can see the commitment to using more natural fabrics. Their clothes just feel good to wear. Staff here was friendly. The new card member deal blew my mind! 50% off when signing up plus an additional 30%?! And card members get additional discounts during sales. Keep it up!”

“Very cute gift shop. Great place to buy gifts or souvineers. They have lots of Buffalo and Buffalo Bills themed merchandise, clothing, witty napkins, scented candles, purses, and even oils/vinegars from Saratoga. The owner also has a very sweet dog named Milo.”

The staff took the time to look online and show us some options and we had a few shipped directly to our house. Great shopping experience.”

“Surprisingly clean and organized for an Old Navy. I was surprised by how organized this place was. Well done! Most of time Old Navy locations can be a hot mess especially in the clearance areas. This location was very organized especially around Christmas time. The employee who helped me was very nice and helpful as well.”

“I love shopping here for my daughter. The selection is amazing compared to the regular Rainbow. The clearance section always has items for $3 or $5 so it’s very affordable, especially during the summer when kids destroy their clothes playing outside.”
“The selection of men’s clothing was very limited compared to other locations that I visited over the past month. I visited other locations in Schaumburg Illinois and location in Cheektowaga NY , and they both had a much better line up of men’s clothing to choose from.”

The store does NOT carry Petite, you have to order on line.
That was my greatest disappointment, so I'll continue ordering on line and not visiting the store.”

“First time today. Awesome store. . I got dress shorts with the matching suit jacket. So cool to wear short suits like a pant suit in the summer and still have a business casual look”
“What's not to love about Gap kids? The clothes are of very good quality and affordable when purchased during one of the many sales. Some of the styles are virtually scaled down adult Jean's and shirts that look amazing on kids. The pajamas are super soft and cottony and the tiny undies can't be beat. Two year olds out of diapers need underpants that fit! Many brands start at larger sizes. This location is very organized and spacious with pandemic rules in place including spots on the floor at checkout for social distancing and mask wearing signs aplenty. And hand sanitizer is available. We were greeted at entry and that was it. Nice to know if we need anything they're available but browsing was undisturbed. The cashier was meticulous about neatly folding the small articles of clothing, baby things are not easy to fold! She took great care, was courteous and kind. Lastly, I noticed a phone charging station available, something I'd never seen, see photos. Not sure if I'd use it, but seemed innovative. Galleria location of Gap is the best in the area for selection and service.”

“One word - COLE.My friends and I booked a session to have a goofy 80s/90s photoshoot. Cole was incredibly receptive to our ideas and seemed to have fun helping us pick out poses. We did a Christmas sweater shot and Cole had a fantastic idea to capture us inside a wreath - See photo! This would have been plenty of fun regardless, but Cole really ran with the creative freedom and made this such an enjoyable experience. 11/10 recommend!”
