“What a great store ! The owner is so kind ! And I never leave empty handed. And to make it even better i walk out with a big bag for less money then I would spend at the mall . They have everything from shirts , to shorts, dresses, pants . I take everything home and launder and the clothes look brand new. Love this place . And I love the text messages when sales are happening !!”

“My wife and I love this store. You can get just about anything in here. The clothes are amazing. Even have plus size clothing so my wife can feel and dress beautiful too. They have a big and tall men’s section for her family members that are in that range. They have sections for every size including new born babies. They have shoes, housewares, home decor, perfumes and colognes, They have toys for kids of all ages. There is literally something for everyone. Plus they have Layaway. Which is Fantastic because who offers that anymore these days. That is exceptional in our opinion. We have a reward card which we love. You should go check them out. We go to the one on Dick Rd in Depew/Cheektowaga. We highly recommend them. Their prices are excellent too.”
“Very cute gift shop. Great place to buy gifts or souvineers. They have lots of Buffalo and Buffalo Bills themed merchandise, clothing, witty napkins, scented candles, purses, and even oils/vinegars from Saratoga. The owner also has a very sweet dog named Milo.”
“Surprisingly clean and organized for an Old Navy. I was surprised by how organized this place was. Well done! Most of time Old Navy locations can be a hot mess especially in the clearance areas. This location was very organized especially around Christmas time. The employee who helped me was very nice and helpful as well.”

The only issue I have is I need Petite, as being short.....
The store does NOT carry Petite, you have to order on line.
That was my greatest disappointment, so I'll continue ordering on line and not visiting the store.”

“Store was great was just sad that there is soo little a selection of newborn/ infant clothes. Also sugar and jade should be carried in store so you can see and touch it before ordering off line.”
“Race played no factor into the ladies being trespassed. What was a factor, there are signs asking to not sit on the furniture or the luggage, the young girl was rolling herself around. There is also the matter of them eating food from the shelf, leaving messes(candy wrappers all over) and not paying for half eaten bags. Throwing clothes on the floor or over the racks etc. They immediately after being asked to not have the young girl on the luggage, raised their voices and was calling the manager a racist. Not one other customer has acted that way when asked to not use the luggage as a toy. They act rude and entitled every time they visit the store. Which has been several more times after this incident.”
“Got my kids holiday pictures done at this location tonight. Steven was great; personable ans gave lots of great photos options. He didnt make us feel rushed and the kids felt comfortable with him.”
“Really large and diversified selection of good quality drapes, curtain rods & windows treatments. Decent sale on most items was a plus.
